I placed an order with got-kilt through their website on August 28, 2022 for a child's kilt. I attended two festivals in August looking for a kilt to walk away with but they did not have the correct size for my child and I was instructed at both festivals to place an order online. My order is still in "processing" status. The website does say Special orders take a minimum of three weeks. I believe almost 7 months is long enough to process a special order of this nature since other reputable kilt companies list their special order time (ie: I am placing an order for this kilt with ************ and it will take **** weeks. Reviews for ********* say often times the waiting is even shorter).Since this is an inexpensive kilt for a child who is rapidly growing, I expected to have this back by the end of September or at least early ******** Communications have been sparse. The first communication I received back asked for more time which I was willing to provide. This was received on November 26, 2022: "Our apologies for our slow service, we have been very short of personnel.Sprinkle in a collapsing ceiling at our ******** store... it's always something.We should have this to you in aprox a week and a half again our apologies"April 14, 2023 is a little longer than approximately a week and a half. Please help me recoup my small cost as my efforts in March to cancel the order went unanswered!
