            On May 27 my husband visited the Little Caesars in ************. He paid with an **************** card. The person at the counter kept saying that the charge wasnt going thru. He tried that card 3 times; and could see from the Am Ex app on his phone that the charges went thru 3 times. The person at the counter insisted that the charges didnt go thru on their end; and if they did, the money would be refunded. He finally was able to pay with a different credit card. Two weeks later we realized th3 charges had NOT been refunded to the **************** card. The statement we received indicated all 3 charges were from the same store on the same day. He and I both have tried talking with the store manager on the phone multiple times. There was always an excuse of why he couldnt refund the money. My husband drove there twice to try in person and had no luck. The store manager gave us the email of his boss, but that person never responded. We tried Little Caesars customer service but they indicated that cant help with financial concerns/transactions. We didnt ask for a complete refund; just a refund of the 3 duplicate charges. That amount appears below.
