I went to Wild Bill's a couple times before but their prices are a few dollars or two dollars more than what Admiral was Admiral moved out so I had no choice but to go to Wild Bill's I don't go to Wesco because they don't sell Menthol tubes I purchased a bag of Gambler tobacco a large bag of pipe tobacco I rolled about eight packs of cigarettes and the tobacco was really dry I can't even roll it I called them at first it wasn't going to do anything about it and then they told me they would give me $4 off a big bag that's ridiculous when their bags are 17 $18 a bag so today I was in there rolling cigarettes I can't even roll them I don't know how to roll Drive tobacco so I called them and I told them about it and he's like well we told you we would give you $4 off a bag of tobacco I said yes I know you did but I also informed you that I did not have transportation right now and it wouldn't be for a while before I can get in there he was really snotty his name is **** and every time I've went in there before the few times that I did the store was always dirty he doesn't need to be a manager he's not good with customer service whatsoever and I don't know who to get a hold of for Wild Bill or for Gambler tobacco do they have their own website? Could you send me some information because I need to get them an email about this bag of tobacco I don't have $20 every day to buy a bag of tobacco but ****'s attitude was terrible so I started swearing at him was I wrong for that yeah I was wrong but that was my instant reaction when I get a manager that's really snotty to me I'm going to get a hold of corporate office and let them know too and I think you guys should too I know a couple other people that aren't happy with her service either his name is ********** have attached pictures of what this tobacco looks like and I'm not settling for $4 off a big bag that's not right at all that's unfair to me I would like it replaced
