Wed, 1 Nov 2017 402.49$what the business commented to provide? nothing, i thought for so much money they would provide adequate customer service when the customer is not happy but instead they ask us to spend more money .nature of the issue : quality of product is not as good as expected overall but the main issue is the broken, loose armrest. I expect help from the company in the form of a new armrest for the defective one. so far i have had no luck in getting through their extremely unhelpful "Customer Service"Has the company tried to help? not at all, they have tried to upsell me another armrest because i was past the 2 year warranty time by a few months. People are busy and the broken armrest was not the first thing on my mind. i would like some help in getting a new armrest, not a whole new chair for the many other issues, just a new armrest. I am not happy with this purchase at all :( regret spending my 400$ with such a stingy company and i have already warned my gamer friends to avoid them at all cost. account number :
