We focus on Organics for people growing indoors or outdoors we have a commercial division that helps out the big people and we have a technical retail staff that helps the little people growing flowers to all sizes. We have been in business since 2009 and ship thousands of packages a week and deliver to Michigan customer our our Fleet of Trucks. We help the garden community by doing events and education.

Itemsmust arrive in brand new, saleable condition at our warehouse beforeand credit will be issued. Please consider getting insurance on thepackage -- if it arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will notissue credit. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted.

Items without an RMA number will be returned to sender. All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase.
Freight charges are not refundable on returns unless the company made a shipping error. Thecompany reserves the right to inspect the product to determine if it'sdamaged or not re-sellable and to issue credit conditionally.
LimitedReturn: We cannot accept returns on items that could have been tamperedwith such as nutrients, pH adjusters, cloning gels, beneficial insects,and pesticides. Manufactures that offer 100% money back refund areexcluded from this policy.
