HIGH PRAISES for Northwest Engine Exchange! The service and workmanship for this auto repair shop is unparalleled!! My latest repair involved a vacuum leak. Here I was, 200 miles from home with a vehicle that wouldnt stay running. What was thought to be a 2.5 hr job, turned out to be a simple 15-minute fix (at no charge!). WOW! I cant even begin to express my gratitude for the kind, honest service received that day. If they were closer Id bring all my vehicles to be serviced by Northwest Engine. Genuine down-to-Earth good people like that seem to be a rare breed.Review from Amanda W

I have been dealing with Northwest Engine Exchange for well over 10 years for our landscape business. Mr. Tom Gray is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and one of the most honest individuals I have had the pleasure to deal with. He will always be straight forward with you and take the time to explain everything down to the last nut and bolt. He will never repair or replace something that is not necessary. Over the years we have replaced 4 engines and a couple transmissions for our fleet and all of them are still running excellent today. They stand behind their work 100%. Their warranties are by far the best i have seen . I personally don't think 5 stars are enough. If you need your vehicle worked on, i would highly recommend you visit Tom @ Northwest Engine Exchange and he and his staff will take excellent care of you.Review from Heruinedmytaurus

Avoid northwestengine exchange and TOM G*** at all costs.
Kept my car for MONTHS longer than promised. Replaced parts that were not defective and is attempting to collect money for these parts over a YEAR after the fact.
If you love aggravation and hassle, this place is for you!

Mr.******* has been avoiding phone calls for over one year and nine months . He will not return any phone calls AND owes $ 1000.00 on his invoice that was to have been paid in 30 days from when he picked up his vehicle on December 4 , 2019 , .........and I'm the bad guy ???? Mr.******* can now tell his story to a COLLECTION AGENCY !!
