******************* was absolutely incredible to work with -- he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire refinance process (which can be a highly stressful and confusing time for a lot of people). His professional yet friendly and patient demeanor made this process easy and he was always personable, and available -- much different from a lot of the other companies I have worked/talked with. Had a terrible experience. The first couple days, they seemed great and informative. As time when on, it was obvious I wasnt the only customer, and was put on the back burner. My credit isn't that great and I was in a good amount of debt, as alot of us are with the economy. Had a refi to take advantage of home equity to pay off some credit card debt.After the initial scurrying to get all the info typically needed to do a mortgage, there was silence for days. I would have to call multiple times to find out the progress. Each time i finally spoke with someone, they would always need more paperwork. This went on for weeks. Once the closing happened, they have vanished. I still have not received paperwork, i do not even know where to make my first mortgage payment.A Fed ex envelope shows up( no signature required) with over twenty checks to various banks. The checks did not have account numbers or mailing addresses on them. I had to locate account numbers, along with write them individually on each check, along with locating mailing addresses and handwriting each envelope. (The year is 2024. Not much snail mail used to mail bills). What Topflite failed to mention was that they would be mailing letters to all of these companies also, but to close my accounts. The whole reason i went with a refi and not a debt consolidation was because i wanted to keep the accounts open. I told them this over the phone on my initial call as well. They failed to honor my terms and have destroyed both my wife's and my credit history. I have called to try to salvage some accounts, but even the ones that told me they wouldn't close, are now closed. My wife and I are 46 years old and our credit just got destroyed by this company. The one thing I asked for, and yet, they managed to slip it passed me.

This has to be one of the easiest financial deals I have ever done. Everyone was friendly and very professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. To be honest I was very nervous about refinancing my house but I never imagined it would be so smooth and trouble-free. A big thank you to all and I hope you get a lot more Business.

They both showed true professionalism in making the process of cash-out-refinancing our home simple and quick.
