This business doesnt even deserve a star rating. Ordered mower parts, the place took our money and havent heard from them since. No mower parts, no follow up emails nothing!!!!! Im disputing this transaction at my bank.Reliable Aftermarket Parts, Inc. Response

Your order was delayed and this does not represent the system that we have in placed to process and ship orders quickly. We have set up a process recently that will email out customers if their part does not ship within 72 hours after order is placed to update the customer on the status. A return shipping label was created for you within one business day. The returned parts were delivered back to us on August 28th, you received your refund on August 31st. Everything was taken care of within 7 business days. We appreciate your business. I should have googled Reliable aftermarket parts for reviews first! I purchased sickle mower sections from their **** store. The listing clearly said sold in multiples of 10, so I ordered 6 and should have received 60 sections, what I received was 6 sections in a postal envelope for the price of $50. When I contacted them to complain they said the listing was wrong, they are sold individually. I was furious, I included the screen shot of the listing, their response was not to honor the sale but they did refund my money and said to keep the 6 blades. No one any where sells these blades individually and certainly not for $8.33 each! Never will I do business with these people again and recommend you don't either.Reliable Aftermarket Parts, Inc. Rude, unprofessional customer service. Refused to follow up with the shipper they chose: *****, whose driver left a package at the street and was stolen. This was ordered through RaParts on Amazon. The driver even photographed the package outside the gated entry, even though he had the security gate code and instructions on how to enter the secured property. The agents handling my request told me to file police report for a stolen package containing under $70.00 item. Be very cautious in dealing with rip offs by this company.As the order was placed FOB my location, property received, and refused to honor said contract, they have breached the terms of the order. It was their responsibility to deliver the product paid for, to include freight costs and actual delivery to the purchaser.I suggest other better choices are available for all the products sold and possibly never delivered to the purchaser.Reliable Aftermarket Parts, Inc. Hi RJ. Thank you for your note. Your order was shipped on June 26th, Delivered on the 28th, and reported missing on the 29th. When we receive sales and information from Amazon, zero notes for shipping and gate codes come through. There was no special delivery or signature required paid for upon ordering. The parts that were ordered were delivered on time and to your location, as you stated the delivery company took a picture of the package outside of your entry. To state we are a rip off is a false accusation as the product was delivered just like hundreds of other packages are delivered daily to our customers. The issue is with the delivery company and not with our customer service or fulfillment department. Stating that our products are never delivered to customers is negated by the image the driver sent you of the package being delivered to your location. We are not responsible for theft or damage after it is delivered to your location. We understand the issues you have with ****** however this negative BBB review on our organization is frustration that is misguided.Review from M. L.

As to your order, Looking back through our records you purchased 6 spindles from ** in April of 2021 (more than two years ago at the time of this review). It is noted that you contacted customer service for a replacement and we sent a prepaid shipping label for you to return the parts that were not satisfactory. No items were returned to **. You also opened up a dispute with your credit card company that found in our favor of a legit transaction. We have a six month warranty on all of our products as well as free and easy returns on the majority of the high quality parts that we offer. Unfortunately since the item(s) were not returned and shipping label was not utilized we could not refund the order. We have one of the best customer service department, warranties, and return policies in the industry. To set the record straight. Your first shipment was missing 1 of the three spindles which your great service department did nothing about. I have pictures that I sent to prove it. Then since I've rebuilt alot of spindles I clearly seen yours were all painted the paint scraped off with a fingernail, the bearings were loose left to right. I took a video of them for you to see and because I was in a bind I installed them because I needed to mow in a bad way and I was forced to run your junk. Your service department was terrible. I had time dated photos and video of your stuff when it arrived. Your parts were rebuilt and improperly rebuilt. It took forever with you guys and I didn't have the money to buy another whole batch of spindles again. I asked for new ones to be sent and then I'd return them and they could put a hold on my card and **************** was not helpful.Review from Dale L

Before ordering (*****) my part I queried the length as it was as I required (637mm) and was informed it would be as described. When it arrived 2 months after ordering it was 690mm, the size freely available in ** at less than half the price. Reliable needs to be removed from their name as I find them overpriced and incompetent!!!!!Reliable Aftermarket Parts, Inc. Response

This part has a 100% success with our customers since 2018 and zero returns. That being said - we have one of the best return policies in the industry. We did not receive a return request or email asking for a refund, just an email stating how incompetent we are. We value our customers and their constructive feedback. Reliable Aftermarket Parts or Agricultural Industrial Construction Replacement Parts, LLC? Two different names for the same business? Sketchy. They just need to change the Reliable to Unreliable. This is because they do not stand behind their service. I ordered parts, they never showed up. I called and they said I had to wait 10 business days to make a claim. The parts were sitting n a post office apparently 5 miles from them but not shipping? Someone could have called the ** or even driven down there in less time than it took to send numerous emails. I cannot run a business with equipment being down and I depend on these parts and their shipment being reliable. If they cared about customer service they would have done something so much quicker than making me wait 10 business days. They also offered a refund but then rescinded the offer until 11 days after? None of what they did makes sense. My strong recommendation is to not do any business with this business. Good morning, First off I would like to apologize for the delay with your order. Trust me I understand how frustrating it can be when you do not receive NEEDED parts in a timely manner. Let me address your mentioned concerns. Reliable Aftermarket Parts has been in business since 2009 and offers products under that name on several e-commerce platforms. In 2019 we started a wholesale division of our business to offer a more personal approach to our dealers and distributors. I apologize if that caused a bit of confusion with you but by no means do we operate under and "Sketchy" practices. Moving on to your order I do see that unfortunately **** has failed to move your package through the system and get it to you in a timely manner. I ordered on 25 March 2022, it is now 11 April 2022 and still no refund. It takes very few seconds to buy from you. the time it takes to make a legitimate refund, which you clearly acknowledge, should only take the same amount of time once recognized. Still no action taken. To address the issues mentioned above in the emails; yes you offered to resend the items, none were sent without me paying again. Yes, you offered a refund, I replied, no refund was nor still has been given. So, the way I would define your business practices, customer support and overall resolution to this entire problem---Sketchy! There is clearly no other way to define it. If you want to change your reputation you need to fix these areas, try becoming a top tier BBB business and then start over. I see that you have the same type of reviews on Amazon for your unreliable products as well.
