STAY AWAY!! Wish I could post pictures!! The **************** was horrible, the young black African American lady at the front desk, was cold toward us. We went to our room to discover there was stains on the bedding, and couch, the tv didnt work, ceiling cracking, walls nasty, smelled like smoke and garbage soon you walk through the door. Funny for it to be a NON SMOKING facility. The furniture was very dusty and OMG we discovered there was a used ***** liner pad in the garbage can!!! In the bathroom we noticed like a dryer sheet stuck in the vent maybe to mask the smell. The hair dryer did not work either. I went to the front desk to ask for another room, because I complained about the issues. So she asked to come and see it for herself, as if I was lying . She came and seen the room for herself, and refuse to give us another room. She said she would send for housekeeping which turned out to be the **** maintenance man. Can you say PISSED! VERY unprofessional! Once hes there, we asked if he knew how to turn the ** on since the remote was broken and didnt have a power button at all. He said NOPE and left out to go tell front desk the ** needed repaired. She finally switched us to another room only because the ** didnt work and housekeeper/maintenance man confirmed we wasnt Lying. New room still nasty.Lastly, the day of check out it mentioned that check out is at noon which is 12pm from my understanding. Tell me why front desk come up knocking at our door at 10:50am asking if we staying another night or when are we leaving. I stated we were not staying another night and check out was at noon. She said NO check out at 11am & hotels.com told me wrong. WTH! My husband go down to talk with the owner of the hotel whom happened to be there this morning. He complained about our experience and the receptionist and all he could say was he leaving all decisions up to that rude receptionist. We hurried out!! I wouldnt recommend this hotel at all.

There is no house keeping in this hotel , we left at 11:30a.m there was no house keeping on neither floor of this hotel . So the rooms arent getting cleaned.

Also there was no breakfast as stated, the kitchen was closed til further notice . False advertisement

No housekeeping at all throughout the hotel. Hallways reek of smoke and hot/muggy. No hot breakfast or breakfast at all as advertised.
