I was sent to Health Bridge for breathing problems. Put on oxygen. I was getting over Covid. I did physical therapy there. I was told I would be released January 13 but no oxygen was scheduled to be delivered to my apartment. My cousin and her son went to the apartment and waited an hour for the company to deliver the oxygen but no one showed up. I needed to stay another night at Health Bridge because I could not go home without oxygen. My cousin signed a bill that I would pay for that night, $497, we had no choice. I wasn't released from Health Bridge until Monday January 15. Oxygen was finally delivered to my apartment. My cousin called and asked the company, Carelinc, why the oxygen wasn't there on Saturday and they said oxygen was never ordered for Saturday. Their records show that January 8th the raspatory therapist ordered oxygen for Monday January 15. That means we were made to believe that I was to leave during the weekend without oxygen, not caring if I past away or not. Then I get a bill and they put Friday January 12, Saturday January 13, and Sunday January 14, totaling $1491.00. Are you kidding ?!? I never asked to stay I just asked to be sent home with oxygen ! We try calling to fix this but they refuse to answer their phones. We are not sure who else to call. We are very frustrated. We don't think we should have to pay this bill when they never ordered oxygen for me.
