***** completely messed up my eyebrows when I asked for nano strokes. She messed up the color and even asked me what color I would be best for my brows. Arent you the professional *****? Or so we thought? The color was off for the nano strokes and she attempted to cover it up with powder because she messed up. She also made me take an allergy pill in her office which is a huge red flag. She upsold me on the nano strokes and I guess the saying is true, you get what you paid for. She has not refunded me for the touch up that I am now not getting with her anymore because I dont trust someone like her to do my eyebrows. I have been on her for the past 2 + weeks regarding my refund and she keeps talking saying she is going to refund me the next day, but no action. Even when I try to follow up, she completely ignores me because she does not want to pay me my money back for a service (touch up) she never performed. She completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows and this is permanent ink. She will say its the healing process and the pigmentation that needs to settle, but it has been healing and even so the shape is still not leveled according to 4 other Microblading artists I have spoken with and seen. She is very greedy, unprofessional, and does not care about her clients.In Angies own words, she says Im glad you trust me doing powder eyebrows because some people dont and kept talking about clients being upset and I felt stuck because I had already paid her before the procedure I did not pay for powder eyebrows and she even said in her own words that the nano stroke lines would appear and the powder would not blend in with it. FALSE! It has blended completely with the strokes. She attempted to use the powder to cover up her original mistake when she did the nano stroke on my brows with the wrong color that looked purple.In addition, she told me to not trust what my family and friends tell me about my eyebrows.
