    I am my disabled brothers POA, he needed new glasses as he was not wearing his ( they were from 2016) and thought he might fail his vision test at SOS. The doctor tested him, got the script and ordered glasses. We were told 2 weeks. After 3-1/2 we were told their was a problem and they would be in soon. They arrived the day before his test and he failed. I called to find out why he would fail with new glasses and my call was not returned. We ended up going the next Saturday and having a whole new exam and ordering glasses and the prescriptions were totally different. The second glasses he can see with and passed his test. I called the office 7 times and asked the Doctor to call me back regarding this. She has yet to do so. We had to pay out of pocket for the new glasses and the exam as he has marketplace insurance and only one exam and pair of glasses are allowed per year. So we now have a pair of glasses that are wrong and wasted money on them and an incorrect exam. All I ask is that the doctor make this right and correct the lens in the glasses that she gave us that are defiantly the wrong prescription. I cannot correct this myself as the doctor will not call me back. Thank you

    I have been bringing my kids to this office for as long as I can remember. It was good until the pandemic hit. The office closed, understandably, but when we had an emergency, broken glasses, not one person returned any of my calls. So I just showed up at the office for someone to help me. I was informed (after 3 months of leaving messages) that they changed their phone number. Ok fine. Since then, everytime my kids get an exam or go in for broken whatever, NO ONE EVER RETURNS MY CALL!! No calls to say the glasses are in, no calls to explain tge situation, no calls FOR ANYTHING!! I've been waiting, calling and showing up there for 2 full weeks now and nothing. I'm at my **** end with this place. I understand things happen, but come on. This place is so small, how can you be that busy to not return your customers inquiries! And they changed the hours to 9-2, seriously?! How are they still in business? I don't mean to make this office mad or upset, but I can't take it any longer. You should not be treating your patients like this, not one bit!!
