These hustlers scammed me and stole my money for a job that wasn't what I contracted them for. I signed a contract for removal of textured cielings and skim coating. Upon arrival, the worker was expecting a different job due to company miscommunication and was upset when he found out the job he was actually contracted for. He then convinced me to allow them to paint when they were done. Unbeknownst to me, apparently this meant he could skip skim coating so he could hide his awful work with my paint! ********* said their 30 day install warranty was useless because they didn't install anything, and that I waited 5 days to tell her the problems. ****** complained about the materials he had to use for the job and his crew left an absolute mess inside and outside my house I'll be trying to clean up for weeks. They worked a 2 day job in a single 13 hour day and forced me through a 30 second walk through and quick-sign on a completed job where I had no lights in my house since they were removed for the workers and it was 9pm and no outside light to see the job. They refused to come back to skim coat and fix the work or refund any money. I called them out to fix the work and they missed the appointment, then called and refused to refund any money, saying that when they had me agree to paint, this changed the original contract of them skim coating first without discussing it with me. This was a complete scam and a hustle. I am not confident they can fix this work to look good, and they say they are not willing to do the job right due to the added cost to them. I have dozens of pictures of the hideous embarrassing work where paint was missed, texture was not removed to the corners and they tried to hide it with caulk which is a mess that has to be removed and corrected. The cieling is not close to smooth. They also refused to accept a credit card on site which their contract says they accept and this is false advertising.
