Roof installed incorrectly bending and fish lipped shingles, drip edge wrong and not sealed correctly around the chimney and ventilation plus severe damage to landscaping and outside lighting on home/garage. Tried to work it out with **** at Avalon, very rude and said that he would contact back with what his inspector finds out, the equalization department stopped by because of the open permit and said I should contact BBB because the roof doesnt even look like its been replaced, he took pictures, ********************* ************ Please help, this is a large loan and the services havent even been completed I qualified the energy assistance with the ***************** per there financial department, **** ************. I want my roof done correctly and the job finished correctly, why should I be the one punished for there workers damaging my property and not doing the work correctly, please help me.Business response

Our representative met with the customer on 7/21/2022 and was unable to located the roofing related complaints reported by the customer, she was provided a $300 discount for reported damage to flowers. The inspector for the local area inspected the roof and the roof passed inspection by them. We will reach out to the customer directly to schedule an additional inspection of the roof .Initial Complaint

We were unaware that this customer had any issues with their roofing project as this is the first contact from the customer regarding the matter. We will be reaching out to the customer directly to verify the issues and make corrections as needed once we clarify the concerns as they are not outlined here.Business response

Our Management team has reached out to the customer in an effort to resolve the customers complaint but we have not been able to get in touch. We will continue to attempt to interact with the customer to come to a mutually agreeable resolution.Customer response
