I have no words zero stars to give Horrible customer service

I'm writing this review to help someone not go through the journey of stress and disrespect like I did and im only allowed to type upto **** words so I'll make this brief eventhough I could write a book and im not able to upload pictures to show you proof of the bad craftsmanship. First of all I initially went to Avalon because I was having a issue with rodents and hearing noises in the soffit in back of my house and asked the sales person to check other soffits as well in which he did as well as do an inspection in the attic and said the soffits were find and showed us a video he recorded of himself lifting up shingles on the roof/recommended we replace it and my husband and I felt as though we could trust him so we did and after we signed the contract thats when the night mare began of bad communication, blatant disrespect for you and your property and they sure came out right away to replace the roof but took 4 months to do the soffit. There were signs of bad craftsmanship within the first two months and within a year a buckle began to appear on and off in the valley and they are claiming it's due to the framing of my home and the warranty company is stating Avalon did not use there barrier leak product so they can't pay any expenses associated to the hump and I just got a email from Avalon stating they can inspect my attic to see if they can find the reason for the hump and can install a metal strip in the valley at cost to me but keep in mind my attic was inspected before the install and while they were installing the roof I did not get advised there were concerns with the framing etc that would cause the shingles to budge and now that there's a problem they are not owning up to the bad craftsmanship, and when they installed the roof they showed up like a army and finished the job in less than 5 hrs and now my roof shows the rush job and more soffits should have been replaced. Disheartening to go to a company for a service and get taken advantage

Installed a new concrete driveway about 2 years ago have nothing but problems with it. They already came back once to make repairs and tear up a portion again and still have reverse water backflow into my garage, spalling, concrete pop outs and staining. Spent $650 on having one side of the garage floor lifted to help with the water backflow into the garage. Now its been crickets when I try and get satisfaction from them.

Avalon roofing did a good job with ******* replacement. However they left a couple of holes in my siding where the previous roof was. Tried calling and emailing several different people to see about getting this fixed but no response. I am willing to pay for the repairs but I guess I will just keep waiting
