I was told that I didn't have any more dental insurance to use for the year. This was incorrect. They told me they owed me $374. I have NOT gotten a check yet for this. Also they didn't listen to my complaints about a certain tooth until it was too late and at least one tooth needs to be extracted and the one next to it hopefully will heal if a root canal is possible. Also the male dentist there was horrible. He was never in the exam room with me. He only came in and tossed a referral to an endodontist at me and told me I could come back after I see if the teeth can be saved.Their office staff obviously is clueless about their jobs to have incorrectly told me my insurance was exhausted. The quality is horrible. And the bedside manner of the male dentist just plain *****.
