    We took our vehicle in on June 7th, 2023. That's when they made the appointment. We did not get it back until July 21, 2023 and paid $375.00 for a thermostat and the deductible for our extended warranty. Which they already had to remove for the other parts covered by the warranty, so they double charged labor. The issue was they admittedly did absolutely nothing for the first 2 weeks of having my vehicle. I had to do their job, again which they admitted. They said by the service manager and assistant manager would pay for 7 days of our rental, which they have not done and will not take nor return my calls. Their was someone who took our car without permission because we found dirty baby clothes in our car. We do not have a baby. Cueter Chrysler did not do their part on the contract submission of our rental which would have covered another 10 days of said rental. Their failure on both parts cost us a total of a vehicle rental of 21 days, we have only one vehicle. The work took them only 1 and 1/2 business days to do, we know this by the text messages we began to receive after I went in and spoke with them. After I spent hours on the phone with the warranty co. ******** They made promises never delivered on, they out right lied to us about the work that was being done and the warranty correspondence. They also completed (used loosely) a recall of z99 replaced headlights and now our front bumper is loose and about an inch below the headlights when it was tight to them following the lines of the rest of the vehicle. I called them multiple times and left messages to **** the service manager who not one time returned my call. The rental cost us $755.14 at $33.99/day and now we will have to take it elsewhere to fix the bumper back to it's original position, I can only imagine it will mean the purchase of a new bumper skin and clips and mounts and labor. We do not trust this company to fix their mistake in fear it will cost us more in the long run. I have all receipts.

    The two stars is because one of my problems was repaired, but the experience was awful. I called for an appointment on a Monday and was told I could bring my vehicle in. Once I got there, I was told that it wouldn't be checked for two days (Wednesday), but I had to leave it to get service. I was also told that the diagnostic charge alone could be up to $290, but it was not likely since I had a 3 year bumper to bumper warrantee. Thursday, after finally getting some information, the service contact told me the diagnostic charge was $145, the part wasn't covered even though it was not a wear/tear problem, and if I had the work done I wouldn't get it back until Friday. InitialIy I okayed the work, but changed my mind five minutes later and called back to tell them I would pay the diagnostic fee and pick up the vehicle. The gentleman handling my case told me he'd talk with the service technician and call me right back. Two hours later he calls back and tells me the car is ready. I did not expect the work to be completed since I said I'd pick it up. Unlike other service stations who put the diagnostic cost toward the job, I was charged an additional $300 for work I didn't confirm. The options given when I went to pick up my vehicle was to pay to take my car or leave it yet another day while they did an investigation of all communication. That would've put me without a car from Monday-Friday. My complaint centers around misleading communication and a part that should have been under warrantee.
