On April 6, 2021 I ordered from The Conjure Goddess website. On April 11, 2021 my order was shipped. However, when I did receive my package, it was missing a few items. The items missing were the 3 Florida water sprays and the flower sage bundle. I did reach out to them. Most of the emails on their website were no longer available, so I reached out on their business instagram, and eventually found her contact box on her site. After weeks she responded and asked if I would like to be refunded or have the products sent to me. Because it hadn't been too long since receiving the package, I asked for the missing products to be sent to me. She emailed me on June 7, 2021 and I emailed her back on June 9, 2021. As of today, March 4, 2022 I have still not received my missing products, I also have not received a refund. The business has had several sales of these products since, but I still have not received mine. I enjoyedbthe products I did receive but the customer service and response is highly lacking. It has been almost a year and I just want a refund for my $55.00.
