I went here with my sisters on Tuesday, December 5. This was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The polish never dried 4 hours later. My nails were filed crooked and the polish wasnt all the way to the edge. I had to take it off the same night and redo it myself. I called about it the next morning and the conversation wasnt super friendly. They tried to tell me this was normal and that it looked good. Im a licensed cosmetologist of almost 15 years and have done many pedicures myself, this is unacceptable. The last photo is what I redid myself at home the same night I had my pedicure. They wont offer a refund just a re polish and I like what I did better so I dont want it taken off.I tried to call back this morning and ask for a refund again because one of my toes is now infected. The owner was so nasty to me and refused to give a refund, and ended up hanging up on me mid conversation. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope these reviews save other people from the same experience I have had.Business response

We saw her review on our fb page and responded to her right away, offered her to come back for us to take care of her nails polish. We even contacted her to apologize for what happened and asked her if she has time to stop by at anytime for us to repaint her nails until she's happy with it. She refused our offered and was just wanted to have free services (for her and her sister) which wasn't fair for our technicians whom provided them with full pedicure and nails polished . We are here to do business and take care of our customers as well as our employees. Our customers are always on our top priority. We want to see our customers to walk out with a smile on their face. We stand behind our products and services but will challenge for those who wanted to take advance on our business or/and our employees. I am rejecting this response because: The technicians clearly do not have the ability to do a quality job and my nails were getting infected because of the unsanitary conditions in the salon. For those two reasons a refund was the only option I was comfortable with. The business is trying to mislead you, when I talked with them on the phone they HUNG UP ON ME and were not willing to help me under the circumstances. Offering for me to come in and have them try to fix their shoddy work just to get another nail infection is not a solution at all.
