I brought my truck in Tuesday morning to Aitkin Motors to get tires switched out. They told me they couldn't get the sensor to turn off on the rear passenger side so I should have someone else do it. I got it inspected Tuesday evening by another company. They found the sensor was broken and the tire was ruined and unsafe on the rear passenger side. They showed me all four aluminum rims that had been damaged as well. This company was surprised I was able to make it there safely. They put two new tires on for me because it's in the rear and I have aggressive tires and need to put two on in order to maintain safety and prevent wear and tear. I talked to the service manager at Aitkin Motors Wednesday morning to inform him what the other company found. He was upset and refused to pay for it. He finally did pay for the one tire and sensor that was ruined. He was still upset and was not wanting to discuss it further so I ended up paying for the service they did. I went there again on Thursday to talk to him about the scratched rims and to inform him I had to put two tires on so he would need to pay for both. He said to send him a **** when everything was taken care of and walked off. He called me later on his personal cell and we discussed what needed to be done further. He was trying to negotiate and say he wasn't going to pay for any of the rims to be fixed or replaced but was going to take off the service charge and that was it. I informed him that my company I work for sends him lots of business and was expecting better customer service. He then started swearing at me and using the * word. I asked him to stop and he didn't so I hung up on. I had to pay for my tire on *riday as I tried calling him and they said he wasn't there and he wouldn't answer his cell. I called him Saturday and he was still not willing to negotiate and threatened to take me to court. He also threatened to talk to my company about me on Monday morning saying I threw them under the bus.Customer response
