I bought a recliner for about ******* dollars and it broke with ln one year and they came and looked at it and that as been about six months ago I call and I just told the parts are coming I liked to get it fixed so I can use it thank youBusiness response

The appropriate part has been ordered for this customer - the part has to come from overseas and this was communicated to the customer both after the part was ordered and again in June (had to leave a message). We have no control when a part has to come for overseas for when the part will ship to us. We will take care of getting this repaired asap once we receive the part.Customer response

We have no control when parts are going to ship from overseas - this has been explained to the customer several times and once we receive the parts we will take care of the situation. ******** contacted us with his issue on 2/28/24 and we ordered part asap once we determined what was needed to take care of his issue. The part is in transit to us and once we receive our service department will be in contact with him.Customer response
