      On Dec 20th 2023 I ordered a necklace from Artic Angel.I paid $59.95.Artic angel stated clearly that any issues with the necklace could be returned or replaced.My daughter was given the necklace and on the second use, the chain broke. I have left multiple messages with the company by email and by phone and have not heard back. I have red another incident where a customer had the same exact experience with their chain and contacted Artic Angel and no customer service rep returned their call.My order number is AA98384.

      Ordered necklace on 1/25/2024 ***** dollars charged to my credit card. Returned item by US mail on 2/18/2024 to Artic Angel ***********************. They deny having received payment and have not done refund. Strange since they sent me the necklace. Refuse to return calls and their email answers seem to be stalling tactics. Their number is ************.

      I returned the merchandise and have not received a refund. I emailed the company to say that I wanted to cancel the order, but said it was too late. it was within half an hour after it was ordered. They emailed back to say when you get the order just refuse it and have the mail carrier send it back. i emailed the company back and have not heard back from them. I also tried to call and leave a meesage and they have not called back. I sent it back with the mail carrier on December 20, 2023 and have not had a refund. I just want the full refund credited back to my account. The tracking number is **************************.

      On 09/20/2023 Ordered a Gift For Daughter Order # AA38721. Gift was a Love Dad Necklace,18K Yellow Gold Finish/Mahogany Style Luxury Box (w/LED). *** had issued Tracking Number: ************************** . THERE IS NO CURRENT STATUS PROVIDED by any actors in this purchase. I have not received my order; Artic Angels email is not valid for inquiries; they don't have a phone number that they will issue for customers to use in order status/problems. I want A FULL REFUND ON THIS ORDER.

      Order # AA52297 not received. Purchased item on Nov 17, 2023 with credit card. Artic Angel said it was delivered on Nov 27th. Item was not delivered to my P. O. Box in ***** **. Have contacted Artic Angel numerous times with little response. (mostly automated messages). They refuse to address the issue. Have not made any attempt to follow up with my concerns.

      Transaction date was 12/12/2023. I ordered 2 necklaces and a blanket. The company told me in the first email that the order was shipped which nothing was shipped. They corrected this in the 2nd email stating the order was being processed. The first necklace was shipped. I continued to email them until they shipped the 2nd necklace. They continued to give me tracking information even though the item did not ship. I finally received this on 12/22 I believe. Bother of these items were supposed to be expedited but I believe they misled me since the shipping said two day shipping which did not include the processing time. The processing time was supposed to be 3 to 5 days but it was 10 days for these orders I ordered a blanket also that has not shipped yet. This was order 14 days ago. I want either a fulld refund for this item or they need to ship it by 12/27/23. I also would like a refund for the expedited shipment fee.This is a horrible example of business. My order numbers are AA88838 and AA88826.

      Due to the tardiness of the delivery we have issued a courtesy refund for the blanket, as well as the cost of the expedited shipping that you purchased (Processed January 9th).

      For Christmas I went on line this web sight, Artic Angel.com they were selling Jewelry I bought and paid $98.89 for the ****************** solitaire round cut stud earrings.I received in the packaging only the necklace.I e-mail them 5 times told them what happened , when will I get the Earring I wanted to present the 2 necklace & earring to my wife on Christmas. I ask them to call me or e-mail me.they never responeded.All I got from the e-mail it was delivered ,I wrote back and yes I received the Necklace but where are the earrings haven't heard from them at all am very disappointed in them.
