Actually a "0". Like all the other bad views, I get no replies by email or phone. I was able to find a phone number but always have to leave a message and do not get replies. STAY AWAY!

I ordered six items during last December for my daughters Christmas gifts. Fraud, stay away. I received black paper boxes and not wooden boxes. (nothing but this company is a thieve)I have wrote the letter so many times and requested to mail the wooden boxes never responses. Totally different from the advertisement

FRAUD, STAY AWAY. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for her birthday. My card was charged and I soon received notification of a tracking number with **** However, it's been over a week and *** has yet to receive the package. I have emailed Artic Angel several times to find out what is going on with no response. At this point, I'm convinced they have stolen my money. These people are low life thieves. DO NOT do give any money to this "business."

Would have been a Big Fat no star review if I could. **** pour communication!!! Which means 0 never received my order and ignored my request for a refund. Stay away from this company thieves and crooks.

The Star rating would have been "none" if i could have. I never write poor reviews however; in this case I don't wish for anyone else to go through the heartache. I purchased two necklaces to help after a loss in the family, and this being their first Christmas without her. the entire process with Artic Angel has been TERRIBLE - when I made the order, they guaranteed delivery by Dec. 21st (giving them 2 weeks) - it wasn't even written up by them for *** until Dec. 20th - not shipped/only information given to *** for when it is shipped. Now the delivery keeps changing dates - delivery according to the site is now AFTER Christmas. In addition to not receiving on Dec. 21st by *** the shipping was changed from *** to **** delaying again to Dec. 27th . Not to mention I'm on a main road and if a package is left in the mailbox - it's stollen within an hour. They don't return e-mails with questions or concerns; the reply e-mail is a standard ridiculous reply telling you to use their "specific" subject lines. Then after several days even using their specific subject line, they don't reply. I would return the items, if they aren't stollen when they finally arrive AFTER CHRISTMAS - but their policy is that they don't accept the return of sale items, plus they state it may take additional time even if it is returned for the refund. Bottom Line - DO NOT be as naive and trusting as I was and purchase anything from Artic Angel. I honestly thought to help out a small family-owned company, I could have purchased the same item from Amazon, cheaper and would have received it within 2 weeks, not like Artic Angel where I paid more, and probably will never receive it. So much for trying to help smaller companies and trusting people to keep their word. I should have read more reviews and scam articles about them. Shame on me.

I ordered from them and my package is apparently stuck in ***********. Its been there for 3 days now and im a little ****** off. No email response and no number to call and complain. I believe they need to be shut down for poor business practices. If someone can find a phone number that would be great.

Stay away from Artic Angel! Nothing but Thieves! I sent 10 emails requesting information to return an item I didnt order but was charged for with no response and finally they blocked my emails. Very Cheap Jewelry. Scam Artists. Stay Away!

Company appears to be a fraud. You order from them and never hear from them again. You cannot contact them as they NEVER reply to or acknowledge email messages and there is no phone number to contact them. No acknowledgement of purchase made online and no updates at to the status of the purchase you make online.
