Doug is amazing!! From the first day we met till when the project was completed he was always there to handle any of my concerns and questions about the project. Doug is man that will go above and beyond for your needs and is a man of outstanding work ethic.This is a company has done great work for my house and i highly recomend you to choose them as well!

SuperSiders was easy to work with, always responsive and did a great job on our roof repair. From the first meeting they spelled out the steps that needed to be taken and they followed through with each step. Their thorough communications with the insurance claim agent was very impressive. We have noticed a water spot in our ceiling back in November and had preety much settled on another contractor. My wife and i had gone to a gardening show and we just happened to strike a conversation with Doug. From there on, he continued to surprise us in different ways that always reassured that we had made the right choice. He began the inspection in the cold, and was very communicative throughout. We do wish that Supersiders had been a bit more communicative over the process, because it would have eased some of the insecurities we had in the beginning. Whenever we had an issue, a doubt, or an idea the idea was always willing to hear us out and were responsive throughout. If i ever had the opportunity to work with them, i would and i would definitely request Doug againSuper Siders Response

Russ and his Super Siders team recently replaced our front door, all our windows, our siding, roof, and built a brand new Trex deck. They repaired all of the water damage under the original stucco. We had been aware of some of the damage before we purchased the house, but when the stucco was removed, we found a lot more that hadn't been visible to a normal inspection (including the fact that the deck itself wasn't properly attached to the house and the footings weren't up to code!). Any project this large is going to come with a few issues along the way, but the Super Siders crews handled all of them, keeping us informed, and making sure we were totally satisfied with their work. I mean, how many contractors do you know that would work with the roofing vendor to make sure that a custom built rain diverter, installed after the roof itself was complete, just to make sure they didn't void the warranty?Super Siders Response

Water leaks can be especially challenging and our problem was no exception. We noticed a leak between our kitchen and four season porch a couple years ago. Last year I had Super Siders inspect the siding; they identified some missing house wrap and we thought our problem was solved. Not! This spring the leak was much worse so I called Super Siders again. Russ came out and went above and beyond all expectations, testing to see where the leak was. We now know what needs to be done to fix our problem. Great job, Super Siders!Super Siders Response

They have had a change in leadership recently that has definitely had an impact on their work and service compared to some previous reviews. Here are the things that happened during my project: - After signing the contract, I didn’t hear anything from them for months until I reached out to them. - I was told we would do a walkthrough beforehand with everyone working on it which never happened. - I was told some unneeded utility boxes on the side of my building would be removed which they were not. - I was told the siding would be the same product as on my house which it was not. - The workers lost my light fixture mounts, so I needed to buy new lights. - I got billed for multiple things that they didn’t actually do which I had to notify them about for the charges to be removed. I reached out to management regarding these issues, and they refused to acknowledge that they even did anything wrong. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any company.Super Siders Response
