Serve Pro came to my home after the tornado in May and at the urging of my State Farm adjustor. The main floor ceilings, walls and insulation was removed in June. I continued to request that the lower level have the same done. I was constantly told there wasn't any damage. I began removing the wall material myself finding mold spots and water damage they claimed didn't exist. I had asked ***** Pro to seal and disinfect the upstairs and downstairs. I waited for the to come out and address the issues. I was put off. I needed to get the upstairs disinfected and sealed, so I did it myself with a broken foot as the rest of the construction was waiting. Just before Thanksgiving I had a sinus infection and Bronchitis and was unable to meet Serve Pro and my adjuster at my home. He said his water meter wasn't picking anything up. I fired them. The next week I received second opinions and evidence of large amounts of mold and water damage. One of the claim this company makes is mold and water damage mitigation. I have photos and other mitigation company to report my claim. Thanks ***********************
