I ordered a hat from I love my freedom in March, the hat was advertised as free just pay shipping cost, my Discover card was charged $9.51 on March 26th.My wife does the bills and then asked me how many hats did you purchase? I responded only one in March, going through our records Discover was charged April 16th $21.19. and May 14th $19.99 then June 11th. $19.99 an July $19.99.I contacted them via email and they responded that they will refund $19.99 for July and nothing else because I enjoyed the benefits of a membership that I never signed up for. I responded back to their email claiming this is unacceptable and I want a refund of an additional $61.17 for ****** May, and June with no responseInitial Complaint

I didn't order anything in the past 30 to 60 days or longer; today i am getting a charge for $29.99 for something. I know it's not for a recurring charge. I can not find a way to get to the site to 'STOP' getting further charges.Initial Complaint

The customer just emailed ** on 1/11 asking for tracking. We clearly advertise that our fulfillment lead time is roughly 14 BUSINESS days. Per the customers request to deliver or refund the order, we have cancelled and refunded the order.Initial Complaint

On September 22/2023 I received a charge for approximately $17 for some "membership" I did not order. The CC closed the dispute I filed and said I'm responsible for it, which I assume they produced a fraudulent sale document of some kind. These people are not nice.Initial Complaint

Order #ILMF#******* with I Love My Freedom ordered 4/26/2023. Company charged my card but never shipped the order and has not responded to any contact us messages. Cannot find any other contact info. I would like to have my order delivered or receive a refund if possible.Customer response
