It's been several years since I needed a new roof, but Superior Builders gave me a great experience. They were there for the inspection and helped explain the process. There were project managers on-site during installation and after installation. The installers were very respectful and did amazing work. I could not tell they were ever there after completion, except for a new beautiful roof. They did the job in an exception way and helped with the insurance process so everything went smoothly. Hopefully I don't need to do this again for a long time, but if so, I would have no hesitation to use them again. I cannot recommend Superior Builders enough!

I've never filed a claim to get my roof replaced and I'm surely glad I was able to experience this process with Superior Builders as they helped get my denied (partially approved) roof overturned and now we're in the process of increasing the value of our home while making sure my family is safe from future dilemmas. Thank you, Superior for sharing your knowledge and bringing more confidence with storm restoration :)

Hard working company, I would recommend superior builders to everyone, they are hardworking and definitely get the job done!

From looking at these reviews, I can only assume that some of them are fake because my personal experience with Superior has been nothing but professional and exemplary from beginning to end. My mother-in-law referred them to us because she was so happy with the work they did for her, and we are so glad that we took her advice because the difference between Superior and what we've dealt with in the past is truly night and day. They actually seem to care about their customers, and from my personal experience they try to do everything they can to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the work they have done. I HIGHLY recommend Superior Builders to anyone that has had any kind of storm damage.

A nightmare to work with! Inferior work and have had leaks and damage around my chimney, soffits and fascia as well as valleys. Caused plaster damage in 4 different rooms. Waited for over 7 months to get their "best crew" and have had multiple different leaks show up related to their work, even had to have the same work around my chimney done twice after they skipped it on the original re-roof (told me "we did not think it would leak") They are inadequate in skills for being a general contractor, even admitting to doing the work in the wrong sequence and skipping replacement of flashing that was not visible to the homeowner unless you could see it from above Keep getting handed off to new people who blame their predecessor. Owner (David Boughton) won't respond directly even after I have highlighted all the issues. Quoted their warranty but won't resolve the damage their shortcuts created.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Could not get in touch with anybody for 3 months after they did my roof, then out of the blue I received and email stating they will not be finishing the work and needed to find a different contractor. Their invoice doesn't match up with insurance invoice and they added supplements to the bill for work they didn't do. Never again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUPERIOR. If you dont quite understand insurance claims or the process of claims. DON'T TRUST SUPERIOR TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. Superior will not take accountability for anything. Liam from Superior mislead me on my deductible to get me to do roof. After receiving check from insurance and completing roof Superior sent me a very high bill. Liam is no longer with Superior and they are taking no responsibility for Liam's actions. There is a lot I want to say, but it would be a novel. I don't want anyone to get into the same predicament and be scammed/swindled. Its a terrible feeling to be scammed and preyed on. Definitely ruined the holidays for my little family. Protect your friends and family, don't do business with Superior. Anyone can contact me to hear my story.

We needed our roof done due to hail damage so we contacted this company (referred by my aunt). They came out and inspected the property as did the adjuster. We were approved for the roof, window frames and most of the gutters. We signed the contract and paid over half the money upfront. Since they've received our money, the agent has ignored phone calls, texts and emails. So naturally, I wanted to cancel and go with a different company, but that would've meant I would've lost 15% of the money (at that time instead of the full percentage since nothing was ordered and no restocking fee) that they already received. So we decided to proceed against our better judgement. I've called their office and was informed the roof color we chose was not available yet and was advised to wait if I really wanted that color, as their production should have it by the end of Sept. So we waited. It is the end of Sept, so I called again. They have the color now but is having issues with scheduling and staff. Was told multiple times that someone will get in contact with me to get us on the schedule. No one has contacted me and its been another few weeks. It's now the 2nd week of Oct and I haven't heard anything about getting on the schedule so I called again and was told the same thing, only this time if they don't call me, I should call back and she will get us on the schedule somehow. That is where we are right now. I have to call them again because no one has contacted us in any form to let us know what is going on. This is beyond frustrating.
