      My car was recovered by 11th hour recovery back in December, I had Christmas gift left in my car. Upon picking my vehicle up 3 days later, the items were stolen. I called and was informed that I will need to speak with the manager about the stolen items from my car. The manager ************* and informed me he will look into it, I never received call or email back from ****. 7-2-24 my vehicle was once again recovered and taken to 11th hour. I recovered my vehicle 7-8-24 and notice items missing. Call 11th hour and I was told that I will need to speck with **** about the stolen items. **** never took my call. Upon going to write a review about how poorly they are treating customer all reviews indicate that things have been damages or stolen for there vehicle from this company.

      When I went to retrieve my personal property from the pickup, they had already cleaned out my truck and wouldn't allow me to go through it. I was handed a bag outside and wasn't allowed the time to go through it all before they left. They wouldn't let me have my license plates which are personal property in ************. I was missing my Leatherman Tool which was in the right front door pocket, I was missing my brand-new racket straps in the box, my snowbrush/scraper, and they kept my cooler bag and numerous snacks and pop.

      On 2/29/2024 my car was repossessed. I did everything to pay the balance to get my car back.On 3/7/2024 I was told my my financial company to go to 11th hour Recovery at ************************* to get my property. I called and set up an appointment for 3pm. My husband and daughter went to get my property and they were told that it was in the car, because it was locked. This is a lie, because I watched them unlock the car from where they took it from. I never keep anything of real value in my car. But want my garage door opener back. They went thru it and took all me change and ate the bag of candy had in there. They then took it to the auction lot well before the 10 days.Now I have to replace my garage door opener. This company needs to be closed, if you look at the reviews online, they are horrible.

      This business has refused to return my license plate which I am legally required to return to the state. The employee **** confirmed on the phone that they in fact had my plate and made an appointment for me to retrieve it at 12pm today. I waited for 45 minutes outside the building asking for updates and being ignored as she opened the door to help other people. She then came to tell me that they didnt have the plates and when I protested, she told to to f*** off and closed the door in my face. My insurance renews in two days. I would like my plate returned along with the full value of any fees accrued as a result of their refusal to turn it over in a timely manner.

      This customer came in after the ****** state property hold on items. Customer came in without an appointment (as we are by appointment only) demanding that we get these items for him. Office staff had no hesitation trying to help him recover these items if they have not been trashed or donated yet. 

      We had our lot staff double check the trash pile for the expired items, but they did not have the items there as they have already been donated or trashed. When the office manager told this to the customer he started cursing and threatening the manager, at that point the manager told the customer to contact the finance company if he feels he has not been notified properly about the 30-************ hold date or treated fairly during the process, closed the front door and moved onto the next customer.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This person is lying. I made an appointment with **** the day before. Theyre lying about the way this took place. I know they have cameras please look at that because this response is grossly misrepresentative. Also, I still need my plate back so I dont know what Im supposed to do with this.

      We have already reviewed all camera footage prior to our previous response, please do not hesitate to reach out to the finance company to rate us as one of their contractors.

      My car was towed and this company took all the belongings out and were supposed to call me to retrieve them. I never got a call. We called them several times and I have all the printouts of outgoing calls no answer. Finally we were scheduled to pick up our belongings at the address given to us when we arrived a lady told us they were closed and she left. Since then Ive called multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail as if my number was blocked. Surprisingly when I called from a different number I finally reached someone. A very rude lady basically said she could not help and our belongings had been thrown away. Over ***** worth of belongings including my infant car seat. Ive still never gotten a call from the driver who was responsible for my belongings. I would like my belonging or to be reimbursed as they never contacted us and never told us that our items would be thrown away or anything. Who throws away an infant car seat?

      Continually the business is ignoring our calls, no return calls after leaving voicemails, hung up on, avoiding returning personal property to ** after making initial request, just complete avoidance. We have called from other numbers and then they will pick up only to hang up on us once they determine we've been calling. If they aren't going to return my property, I demand to be paid what I value my items to be worth.

      They have my vehicle in their possession that I am trying to pick up. They will not answer phone, will not answer email, voicemail box is full and address is wrong on website.

      They did their job and repossessed my car. I get that. I paid the bank and the car was released by them at 8:10am. I was told to call ALS in 4hrs. I called them at 12:45 and was told car was released, all paperwork is good to go call 11th hr towing. Callled and left messege at 12:55. Called back at 1:45 and was told my car was at northeast lot and the driver would call me shortly to set up an appointment to get my carafter an hour I called and left another voicemail. At 3:30 I called again and the same girl answered. I informed her I hadnt heard anything and she giggled then saidtheyll call after 4 I asked if the lot was lit so I can inspect my car and she giggled again and said I said theyll call you and hung up. Little did I know they close at 4 (although they took my car at ****pm) now Im stuck all weekend and find they are not open long at all when they are.

      My vehicle was repossessed using this god awful recovery company. I got a court order to have my vehicle returned to me on a Thursday they bullied me around and kept possession of my car until the following Tuesday which they had me wait around for 4 hours past the appointment time they gave me. I called the police the lady that claims to be the manager since I asked to speak to the manager was rude to law enforcement as well as to me. She claimed she would be riding around in my car posting pictures on instagram. Real low life and pathetic! Very unprofessional!
