            On Jan 24th, 2024, I went to Aspen Dental in ************, ** to fix a denture under warranty. They charged a $115 fee to look at the denture. No receipt was provided although the charge is on my credit card. The Aspen Dental in ********* where the denture was originally purchased confirmed there should be no charges to fix a denture under warranty. The Aspen Dental in ***********, ** fixed the denture in 2022 for no charge. However, the Aspen Dental in ************ indicated that their location did not provide the original denture, so they charged for the visit. They explained the dentist must get paid somehow. I asked if they pay the auto dealership when fixing a vehicle under warranty, because the mechanic must get paid. They couldnt answer that question; instead, the dentist said she was doing us a favor so we should be grateful to them.

            Went in for implants and dentures was quoted a price for all of the procedures and was told that the cost included everything and there would be no further charges. So I paid nearly ********* dollars upfront and that was that. Now there trying to charge me another ******** dollars saying its for the dentures I went into the office twice to try and talk to someone about it and both times they said no one was available to discuss this matter so now its in collections and Im not sure how to solve this matter. Has anyone else encountered this type of situation with aspen dental? Would give zero stars if I could because now my credit is going to be affected!
