I hired Woodland in July to replace sub floor and laminate flooring throughout my home due to a water leak from the toilet that had saturated the subfloor over a long period of time. I had the work done while I was out of town. the first week in August. I submitted the original bill to my insurance company, an adjuster came out and verified the water damage. The original estimate from Woodland was $7,345. The work was done in a timely manner, however the bill was $10,622. I resubmitted the bill to my insurance company, the bill was paid in full to me by my insurance company minus the deductible. I paid Woodland IN full. About a week after I returned home, i realized that the subfloor had NOT been replaced. The new laminate had been installed over the same damaged subfloor, and there is a gap between the subfloor and the laminate, exactly as it was before I hired Woodland. I immediately called Randy who came out the next day, he assured me he would pull up the subfloor the next week and replace it. He said the flooring installation and flooring itself is warranteed. After this initial contact, Randy is non responsive, I have sent messages and called Randy repeatedly. He left me one message apologizing and saying he would get out to fix the floor, but he never came and has been ignoring all my calls and messages ever since. Here is the only message I have received from him on September 30, "Hey Lori! I’m not ignoring you and PLEASE accept my deepest of apologies for the delay. I will check my schedule and move things around to get that taken care of for you! Thank you! " I will have to hire another installer to complete the job, but I can't afford to pay another installer. I need help to acquire restitution from Randy to pay for the flooring to be installed correctly. Who should I call for help to collect these funds?
