      My original furnace went out in January 2021. I had a home warranty and they sent Air Knights out. It was determined that I needed a new furnace. The home warranty denied the claim but I went through them because that's who they sent out. Since then, the furnace has gone out 4 times. Christmas Day 2021, end of February, October and November of 2022. The technician came out right away but never fixed the issue. They replaced the circuit board once. Never came out with a meter or any equipment to diagnose the problem. I text the technician several times for information and never received a response. I even contacted their office and requested where they purchased the furnace and what is the status because I told him I wanted the furnace replaced or my money refunded because the second time it went out that's what I was told would happen. I hired another company and they did a diagnostic on it and found out everything around the furnace which should have been addressed at the time of install was causing the furnace to overheat. I finally called the furnace company itself and I was advised that the furnace was never registered (he said he would take care of it) and never even wrote the Serial number on the invoice. I ended up registering the furnace for the parts warranty but asked them about the Labor and they said that Air Knights should have offered that to me and should have been purchased within the first year.

      I submitted a request through Angi's list for problems with my furnace. It would shut off for a few hours during the day and an error would pop up on the smart thermostat that it couldn't get the furnace to fire. It is a 16 year old furnace. Air Knights was the first company to contact me and came out the same day. The tech told me I needed a new heat exchanger, inducer motor, and pressure switch. Repairing it would cost $4,400 or a replacement furnace was $5100 - $6,600. The heat proceeded to decline over the next few days. Prior to them coming out, the heat would drop to 66 degrees, but I could get it back to 70 degrees in the evening. After he was here, I struggled to get it to 64 degrees with space heaters. I then checked reviews on them and I became extremely nervous. I called Metro Heating and Cooling. They came out 2 days later. The tech had to turn the gas and pressure switch back on. He did a CO2 test and the inducer motor was fine. He turned the power to the furnace off/on to reset it. The furnace has worked fine ever since. The tech from Air Knights shut off the gas and pressure switch to my furnace. I'm assuming to speed up the process of me purchasing a new furnace from them. I have never heard of a company doing something so horrible to scam someone! I have a wife and 2 children in this house and I can't believe they did this! Please, never use this company!

      Service technician was very unprofessional. Air knight was used by my home warranty company to look into a water leak in my furnace room occurring in my central A.C unit. When the technician arrived I informed him of the issue and also showed him where the leak had occurred. He informed me that he was going to look at the A.C unit outside my home. The technician went outside my home and was on his phone for a while then left without coming back into my home to give an update of his findings. When I contacted the tech to find out why he left and what occurred he stated that my home warranty is aware of the issue and stated the unit may need some Freon, but most likely should be replaced. He mentioned my home warranty will contact me for the next steps on repair. Little did I know that he told my home warranty different information that I refused service, which was a lie because he didn’t follow up with me regarding the service request till I called. It was a complete waste of time and didn’t make sense to me that a service technician would show up to waste my time and his only to lie about denying services. If you want professional service I advise don’t use this company.

      Employee charged our home A/C unit but he forgot to check for leaks, refrigerant leaked because it stopped working. Called him the second time because my home furnace stopped working he stated furnace needs to be replaced, he forgot to check the furnace for leaks the first time, he kept stating furnace needs to be replaced because it needed the mother board and the coolant coils are bad. He also stated his company can replace furnace and A/C unit, he stated I'll call the office so they can send info. on purchase furnace and A/C unit, which i was fine with that BUT never came through, never got a call from him nor from his office. I feel he said all that so he doesn't have to refund! My point from the beginning employee should've checked for leaks before he charged outside A/C unit. Now I'm out $700. I don't want any calls from this business, id like a refund please!

      Adam, at the time of the repair we gave you 2 year warranty on refrigerant. You decided to go with another company & replace your furnace & a/c. We have not received any call from you about any issues. We cannot offer you a refund for the repair that was done as you had failed to contact us if you had any issues. It was your choice to go with another vendor. We apologize for any inconvenience.
