    I have lived here for 11 months. This company took over when my landlord bought it from my previous landlord. They threw another $1200 security deposit at me, have not paid, & harassed me at work. The owner of my rental place, Mariah *****, did an application for me through The Zero Balance Project for my rent when I was placed on a medical LOA due to a knee injury in Oct. I was approved & they sent her the check in Nov 22nd 2021. She, nor Renters Outlet, have applied ANY of it to my rent. They are now illegally evicting me by Jan 31st when I’ve had no income enough to put money down on a new place. I have talked to a lawyer for tenants & I do not have to move till Feb 28th because of my assistance approved through that date. I am now back to work on Jan 17th. I have also asked that issues be fixed. Example, leaky kitchen sink, mold in my bathtub caulking, smoke detectors not working, side garage door broken & no door knob. I should not be forced out of my home because she used my money for other things & putting my unit up for rent & setting showings up without my consent. I need help here. This business is not a reputable one. They do things illegally I can provide copies of my medical records while I’ve been on a leave & my STD paystubs if needed. Also can provide emails on all of said above in complaint

    When moved in there was beer in frig spent over a week trying to get the mold out of frig and stove was a cast iron black. **** stated he cleaned. He is very unprofessional. Find he was at 1st nice to my daughter. Then seem me and attitude went negative. I am biracial. They have poor communication skills wants to evict over cutting down a tree that has damaged my personal property on rental property. My cameras almost my car. The trees on property are stopping people from riding and walking on path one tree is almost covering the stop sign. The prior people cut trees and left bricks and half cut trees all over property. I have paid to try and repair a lawn. My neighbors stated they hey have never seen it look so open and glad someone finally cares about the yard. **** Came so unprofessional and very rude. In talking to owners he sat and laughed and he thinks and talks beneath people. Lease states I am to take care of yard also. I asked him to leave he laughed and said I do not have that option. They do not email or communicate properly. So now I am PENDING EVICTION OVER A DAMAGED TREE PER *****

    SO NOW I AM PENDING EVICTION OVER A DAMAGED TREE PER ****?

    While being yelled and cussed at by your daughter on the phone, she told me she won't be paying another ***** through the lease - I responded than we'll have to evict.  Damaged tree?  Seriously? You fully cut down (2) 30 foot trees in the Landlord's yard without getting his permission!  This is beyond being acceptable, and in 20 years I've never had someone think this is ok.  We're sorry some branches possibly fell on your car and camera, but we've had some rough weather and winds, and most people pick up the branches and move on.  They don't cut down trees that were at least 30 feet tall and likely 20 years old!  I wish I could submit before and after photos of the trees with this email to show exactly what was done, but I'm not seeing a link to add attachments.

     

    THEN SEEM ME AND ATTITUDE WENT NEGATIVE.  I AM BIRACIAL. 

    I'm trying to figure how this comes into conversation about your cutting down trees without permission, but I can assure you that we do not treat you any different than we do any of our tenants.  We are licensed Realtors, and are therefor responsible for enforcing the Federal Fair Housing Laws.  In 20 years we have never been accused of treating one race different than another, and find this comment totally disgusting!

    Our meeting at the property with you and the property owner was about the beautiful trees you cut down without permission, and please don't try to deflect from this.
