          Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Licensing Order

          On May 12, 2022, the business received a Licensing Order with Penalty from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Order settles allegations that the business abandoned a contract with a Minnesota homeowner for a siding project, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1); 326B.84 (4) (2020). In addition, the Order states the business demonstrated financial irresponsibility, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(1)(9) and 326B.84 (15) (2020 and failed to respond to DLI, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(6) and 326B.84 (16) (2020).  Under terms of the Order, the business is assessed a monetary penalty of $7,500.00 and their residential building contractor license and the license of Gregor Howe are revoked. The business is also required to cease and desist from acting or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota.
