We chose to hire the "Vacuum man" for a "Landscaping" project he solicited. It was started in May and not finished. The final contact we received was for it to completed in August. We received ONE of three invoices requested, but the other two have yet to be received as of date - 9/19/2023. We made calls, sent dozens of texts, and even sent a request by mail with "Signature Required." Information for receipt of invoices were made over and over and over and not received. Unfortunately, he was pre-paid for the project (in 3 allotments) and didn't follow through with what we were told he'd do to finish the project. This was an uncalled for situation, and I would not recommend him for any kind of project. We paid over $3000 for landscaping (one side of our building), and the project was not completed 100 percent. Empty words once again. Overall, his business practices lack professionalism, integrity and accountability to this customer.Initial Complaint

The first week in February I called about getting my vacuum repaired he told were when I should drop it off on that day he said he would be there he wasn't there I did however leave the vacuum.I called that night to make sure he received it and he had .He said that it would be done by the end of the week. A week later I gave him a Call he said he would check when he got no return call. Have called 4 times with no response.I even emailed him with all my info again. Just want the vacuum returned repaired or not. People should be aware his business practices need help. If he says that The info was not included all info was written down along with manual and zip tied to the vacuum. Thank-you for any assistance you can give me.*******************Initial Complaint

On April 27,2022 ***** Dunmire came to my home. He asked do you remember me? I said no, which he replied I am your vacuum cleaner guy from before. Then I remembered him he was employed by *************************************** from ******** , **. He said its been awhile can I check your vacuum and put new belts on it free today and check to see if it needs anything. He came in checked my Riccar Vibrance Vacuum Cleaner that I had purchased from this company. For $799.00 plus tax $54.00. He decided that my vacuum should be gone through and cleaned up. It needed a new motor he said. He said he could do this for $427.49. Then I would basically have a new vacuum again ,with a 3 years warranty on it. I agreed. He put my name on my vacuum before he left my house. My vacuum cleaners color was a dark blue. He said he would have it back to me in a week. It got to be 2 weeks and I had not heard from him. I called him, he told me that he would stop by with my vacuum on Tuesday. "He didn't show up ,so I called again . He then promised that he would bring my cleaner to me the next day. When he came the next day. He came in with a Black vacuum that was not mine. He insisted that this was my cleaner, he argued with me. I told him he better find my vacuum. He said this is your cleaner I know it is. I said no it isn't. I know what my cleaner looked like I had it since 2015. It was a dark blue not black. He went home to his shop then called me stating that I was right that it wasn't my vacuum. He sent me a video of another cleaner. Which I said was not mine either. I told him that he better find my vacuum and return it. I wanted it the next day. He said ok he would find it and return it to me. He showed up with another vacuum cleaner. That was similar to mine but was still not mine. He again argued with me about my cleaner. He begged me to let him make this right. I still don't have my cleaner back . I want mine returned or the money returned for my vacuum and repair.
