    I called to get my Samsung tablet fixed and asked if they had any new Apple iPads in stock. The gal I spoke to said yes, they did. I dropped off my Samsung to be fixed and paid $312 for the IPad, which was the same price as Walmart and Best Buy, so seemed fair. I got home and turned the iPad on and it immediately started having issues. It would give me error messages and then simply just started shutting down no matter what I tried to do. I then noticed that it had chips and scratches on the back. I called to tell them the problems and was informed that I had not bought a new IPad but a Class C (not even a B or A) for the price of a new one. I was told that they would not refund my money. My husband went in to pick up the Samsung tablet that had supposedly been fixed. He spoke with the owner again about the IPad situation and he said he would upgrade it to an "A or B class" but would not refund the money. I paid for a new Ipad and did not get one. He said that he had video of his sales person telling me that it was used but never produced the video. Got home and turned the Samsung tablet on and nothing. I called and talked to the technician and he said he plugged the tablet into a testing box and it said it was taking a charge but he never charged it and turned it on to see if it was working. I also spoke to him about the IPad issue and he said they would refund my money on the Ipad and to bring the Samsung back in to be fixed. Half an hour later, Ryan, the owner called and said that they would not refund my money unless I paid a 20% restocking fee. He also asked me why I didn't buy from a Big Box store. I said that I always try to support local businesses. He told me that he didn't want me as a customer. In the end , I paid twice to get my Samsung fixed and was scammed into paying new paying new price for a used Ipad. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. They have no ethics and are horrible businesse practices
