KeySavvy was recommended to me by some buyers to help then obtain the EV Federal Tax credit for used vehicles. While I was very concerned about selling my vehicle and having them take it before I'm paid in the traditionally way, I was extremely impressed by the digital processes and steps taken by KeySavvy to make the process seamless and efficient especially as it dealt with additional documentation (special interest plates, insurance etc.). They were extremely efficient in handling the title and the loans details from the buyer too. Would highly recommend.Review from Jennifer B

Waited 15 weeks for my title and then had to make two trips to the DMV to do it all myself. The company kept "thanking me for my patience" over the months after the sale. Assured me they were doing everything they could to get my title to me. Blamed it on my state DMV being slow. Except, once I decided to take control, I had plates and title on its way within two days. There is no excuse for KeySavvy waiting months to figure out a work-around when their normal process was clearly not working out. I had to email the CEO directly to get any substantive response. I have requested a refund of all fees paid, considering I had to take time off work to do what they were unable to do.Review from Ricardo E

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT!!!! Go through these guys complete waste. Go through escrow.com once you go to register your car you'll get a nice surprise of having to pay a dealer tax on a private sale. $3k later I learned this. What a useless business. Won't last. I will tell everyone till the last breath in my body exists to stay far away!!!!

Hi *******, I'm really sorry you didn't notice the NV sales tax warnings on your dashboard and in our emails to you. Note that this was only an issue because you were registering in NV where private party sales are exempt from tax, but not dealer sales. You did acknowledge that you understood you would pay more in NV sales tax and we displayed numerous banners and emails that warned you of this.Review from Austin S

Thank you KeySavvy for the service you provide. I am so happy. Without KeySavvy I wouldn't have received the EV tax credit. I noticed KeySavvy online, did some research, read reviews, and thankfully the seller agreed to sell their Tesla through KeySavvy. I was very impressed with the whole process - from beginning to end including KeySavvy's helpful customer service representative (and I asked a lot of questions) and the quick turn around time once title was received - very smooth transaction.Review from Beverly D

KeySavvy provided stellar service for a private vehicle purchase I just completed, and enabled me to obtain the EV tax credit. The customer support is amazing, with chat function and email. The online dashboard enables you to track the status of your purchase, and maintains all your documents (Bill of Sale, temp tags, title tracking). An amazing concept for those of us who prefer to deal with personal sellers when buying a car. I encountered no issues, and had an extraordinarily easy, secure transaction.Review from Kevin J

I used KeySavvy to receive payment from a private party on their first in-person visit to test drive my Chevy Volt. KeySavvy payments go via Plaid, which provides instant payment confirmation (a couple of minutes) from many banks including my buyer's. After the whole ~30-min. payment process, including ID verifications, etc., I was able to drive the car to my buyer's temporary storage location nearby, then remove my plates. I was required to sign the title over to KeySavvy and send it to them before they'd release the payment to me, which protects the buyer from title fraud. Massachusetts doesn't allow temporary plates to be issued to in-state buyers, though the KeySavvy rep on the transaction call mistakenly said she could. It took a few days for the buyer to receive his registration from the Mass RMV. There was a hangup in some early part of the KeySavvy online process, ID verification I think, so I called their support number and the buyer and I were patiently walked through almost the entire payment process on our phones, during which the buyer was presented with a KeySavvy checkbox asking him if he was eligible for the Used EV tax credit, but he didn't qualify.Review from Terry C

I felt like I was risking fraud when I bought a car from about 1800 miles away without flying out in person. I thought I was taking a chance with KeySavvy because there aren't many reviews out there. I was definitely wrong. KeySavvy has great customer service, it is completely legitimate, and the cost is surprisingly low. I think I paid $158 and I don't know how they can be profitable with the level of service they provide. I highly recommend their service. All I did was transfer the money to them (there were several options), seller sent them the title, and they effectively bought the car and re-sold to me. It was quick and easy.Review from Michael A

I was skeptical about this service but everything went smoothly and exactly as the process was described. As a seller, it was worrisome sending in my executed title and then releasing my car to a shipper with out being paid, but as soon as the pick up paperwork was submitted, they sent an email for the confirmation of the payout. The payout was pending in my bank account that same day and cleared by the next day.Review from Jon H

I used Keysavvy for two vehicle sales thus far. I’m been thoroughly impressed with the service. They are communicative and efficient. Their service provides peace of mind as you navigate the cess-pool that is online vehicle sales. I simply paste the payment link in the adds, and when the scammers ask for you name, address and phone number, I point them to the link to complete the purchase. Payment is prompt, and all paperwork completed. I am really pleased with the company.
