When I bought my unlimited classes per month membership, the studio typically offered 1 early morning class, 2 classes 9:00-noon, and 2 evening classes. I work nights so I mainly went 9:00-noon. They gradually started dropping classes offered in June and by the beginning of July they only offered 9-noon classes a few day a week. I texted the ** because I wanted to talk about dropping my membership to a less expensive one because they weren't offering many classes (7-14-2022). She had kept telling me more classes will be offered, but in reality less classes were offered. She never responded and eventually I heard she doesn't work there. I emailed that I wanted to cancel my membership because by the end of July they were down to 1 class offered in the 9-noon time. 7-26-2022 I again requested my membership dropped down. No response. Same date I requested a cancel because no one responded. I tried to cancel in person but the employee told me they can't do anything and I must send an email to the Arden Hills location. 8-2-2022 I emailed them to request a membership cancel. No response. 8-2-2022 I also emailed ****** to request a cancel. No response. I went in to the studio 8-4-2022 and was again told by an employee that they can't do anything. I hand wrote a letter for her to pass on to cancel my membership. No response. I have left voicemails because the studio is rarely open so no one answers the phone. No one calls back. If a studio is going to sell memberships, they are obligated to fill their end of the bargain by being open and offering classes. They now offer only about 1/4 of the classes that they did when I bought the membership. I contacted my credit card company and had them stop payments to this business. Now I received emails 8-6-2022 wanting new credit information. I still can't get a hold of any manager or owner. The teachers say there is a new owner but have no contact information.Business response
