As of 8/29/23, BBB has received 250+ complaints about the business, which describe ordering items, making payment, then being unable to reach the company when items are not received. To date, these complaints have gone unanswered. BBB notes that there are two 'VO Metal' businesses registered with the MN Secretary of State, one using the same address as 'Meraki Metal Art,' an F-rated business with 50+ unanswered BBB complaints between Jan - Sep 2022. BBB also notes that numerous photos on the VO site appear to be copied from the website of RealSteel Center, a BBB Accredited Business in Pasadena, TX.
As of August 2023, the 'VO Metal Center' website is no longer active. As all complaints sent to the business to date have gone unanswered, BBB would suggest the following actions in lieu of filing a BBB complaint: 1) Dispute charges through credit card / payment method 2) report to FBI's 'Internet Crime Complaint Center' at www.ic3.gov.
