I ordered a custom made sign as a gift for a trucking company around June 1, 2021. I have not received the item yet. I have called, emailed and reached out in messenger with no resolution. I also asked for a refund and was told refunds are.not allowed because everything is custom made. I get the same response everytime I contact them, 'We are working hard but are a little behind. We are short staffed so it is taking us long to complete orders. Due to orders being custom made we do not give refunds." It has been more than a year and I still have not received the order. I prefer to get what I ordered but I will take a refund as well. My address has changed and I asked about updating that and again, no response.Initial Complaint

On May 16, 2022 I ordered a metal red, silver, blue "In God we Trust" eagle wall art with hanging hardware. I paid for it with my bank debt card. I received confirmation on my order and payment received via E-mail that day. I have made many attempts to contact Meraki Metal art by E-mail, phone, left voice message, left message on their website with No response from the company! They took my money and I got nothing! The total amount they received was $83.19. That was after my discount, LOL. This company is a evil corrupt company that needs to be shut down, so they don't steal from others. My order was placed on 12/13/2021. I ordered 2 items and only received 1. The ONLY email I have received in response to my 10 inquiries of where the rest of my order is is that it can take up to 15 weeks for shipping. It has now been 21 weeks and I haven't even received a response of where my order is. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I placed an order for 2 pieces. It states shipped 5 to 15 business days. I waited til March 6 the to ask where my order was placed on January 29 or 30. I know things are taking longer. I have sent multiple emails with only response we are a small team give us time but no response. I want a refund or my product at a discount. I was so excited and couldn't wait to get this order. This is a metal arts company. I ordered a personalized sign for our farm as a gift for my husband. The order was placed online on September 17, 2021. The amount of $84.21 was posted to my credit card account on September 18, 2021. When I had not received a conformation or the sign itself within the 15 days promised and then saw that it had been already charged, I tried many times to contact the company by phone, always receiving a "voice mail box is full" message. I also tried contacting the company virtually using the contact information on their website. Unfortunately, I did not take a screen shot of the order, as I was expecting the confirmation to be sent to my e-mail account immediately. I ordered a 24"x24" Pledge of Allegiance flag as a Christmas gift for my dad. The date I placed the order was 11/27/2021. They said to expect **** weeks and 15 days for delivery. I paid in full $299 for the item and I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact the business by phone and email. The phone number takes me to a voicemail box that is full and cannot accept any more messages and they do not respond to emails. I have not been contacted with a ETA or anything. My order number is ****.
