RE: Circle K, *********************************** Ever since this circle K installed new pumps at this station (approx. 1- 2 years) to current time; the pumps continue to not accept the circle k inner circle 25cents off gas (by just entering my phone #) & previously not accepting the circle k fuel card 10 cents off gas (by swiping the circle k fuel card). Then locks your credit card that can't be removed for several minutes. We've brought it to the store's attention several *************** has changed. As a result; I've had to get gas without using my circle k enrollment gas savings. Also, many customers have told us they can no longer go to this station for gas, since the store won't do *************** a huge inconvenience to lock your card & not be able to use your circle k gas savings. Resolution: 1) Add my $10 onto my phone # for the next time I get gas & 2) tell the vendor to fix the pumps that never worked since their installation ; or fix these pumps by another means.Initial Complaint

On three two of 24 Holiday gas was charging my card for failed equipment that did not work and I'm making me move to a new pump each time charging my card to the consecutive of four times and which on the 5th transaction I paid cash because they had maxed my card out they guaranteed me that all the money would be returned to the card it is now been 5 plus business days and I still have not received any return money I'm sorry I've got two of the four return to me of the charges and basically I'm getting absolutely no compassion from Holiday gas station what's the weather or do they realize that they've been sitting on this money for no monetary value return to me at all I mean basically I gave them money and I had nothing in return to for to compensate for that money including not very good documentation of thatInitial Complaint

This Holiday/Circle K gas station has a large format sign advertising its fuel prices. It now displays only two prices: for unleaded 88 and diesel; regular unleaded is not shown. The station has a competitor across the bridge that displays their price for regular unleaded; on 2/3/24 this was $2.59. The Holiday sign also read $2.59 -- for the cheaper U-88. Only when the driver reached the pump would they discover that the price for regular unleaded was actually $2.85. This is deceptive advertising and should be stopped.Initial Complaint

I went through their automatic car wash that they say is touchless and wont touch my vehicle and was told if it did touch my vehicle it wouldnt damage it. but when I went through it it hit my bumper and scratched it. They will not pay for the damages to get it fixed. Its about 500 dollars to repair the damaged bumper. It does say not reliable for aftermarket parts on the vehicle (my bumper being aftermarket) but I was told and reassured it would not hurt it and that its fine to go through the wash.Initial Complaint

the holiday gas station in BensonMinnesota stole 10 dollars from me the manger on duty Tuesday June 20th refused to give me my money back after I paid for my gas and forgot to pump it I went back into the store and got a soda no refund had to pay for gas 2 times still no refund the manager in charge of the store took the employee employee side Wednesday morning and told me off this is stealing I will purse criminal charges and file small claims court papers and contact the attorney general office this is not right I don't want to be contacted by the sore or employees
