      I have been trying to cancel this plan since November of 2021. I was not told of hidden charges that amounted to over a thousand dollars that I owed to the **** Which I paid and called again on February 2023 to cancel yet again because my account for some reason was still active. I was just told my account is still active today as of November of 2023 and that Im going to have to pay another thousand dollars. I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY! I HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND NOW OUTRIGHT STOLEN FROM! IF MY PAYMENTS DO NOT GET RETROACTIVELY PAID I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A COMPLETE OUTRAGE AND SHOWS THE ABSOLUTE CRIMINALITY OF THIS COMPANY! I WILL NOT GIVE ANOTHER ***** TO THESE THIEVES SO HELP ME GOD!!!!!

Bright Health did not offer any on exchange plans past December of 2022. We do not have any active members at all for these plan types effective January 1, 2023.       If I could, I would give zero stars. The worst health ensurance I had in a time life. Receiving Collection Companies letters became a habit because they simply don't pay their providers.One year later after changing my health ensurance I still receive letters for lack of payments from Bright.If you have Bright you better run for your life.

      Warning - Keep track of your out-of-pocket "in network" expenses. Bright Health will try to weasel out of paying anything over the Maximum Out-of-Pocket In Network expenses they promise.

      Bright Health is absolute garbage. I work in a provider's office and have been trying to get two claims paid on a patient for over a year. Talking with Provider Services gets me absolutely nowhere; they just give the same spiel every time I call. They pay one claim, but deny the next for invalid reasons. Or they sit on it forever and say that they're backlogged. When I ask for a supervisor they're always in "meetings". This company seems fraudulent and I don't know how they're still in business. Their CEO need to be fired and I feel sorry for every patient and provider who have had to deal with this scam of an insurance company. I've been doing medical billing for over 20 years and Bright Health by far is one of the worst I've ever worked with. Their BBB rating should be an F. I have no idea how they have an A-; their management probably pays people to write good reviews to offset the valid bad reviews. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT HEALTH!

      Please stay away from Bright Healthcare! It is May 2023 and I am still waiting for Bright HealthCare to pay a Doctor's ***** that originated on 6/29/2022. Due to a Bright HealthCare administrative error which stated that I did not have coverage on 6/29/2023, after BrightHealth issued me a new health card on 6/1/2022, a Bright HealthCare CASE was opened to correct the error and pay the bill. After 180 days of waiting, a collection agency started calling me. In response, I contacted Bright HealthCare to expedite and resolve the matter. Every 30 days. I follow-up with Bright Health Reps. who promise to urgently expedite the ***** but there has been NO RESLUTION IN PRACTICALLY ONE YEAR!!! Please Good People Stay Away From These Clowns.

      Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in 20+ years of medical claims processing. Been trying to get a claim paid for 16 months and you can never get anyone to actually answer your questions. They give you the run around and each rep gives you a different answer. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT HEALTHCARE!!!!

      I had a very bad experience. I have in writing that a visit should have been free, yet I have been charged hundreds of dollars despite appealing their decision with written proof. Avoid them!

      BRIGHT HEALTHCARE is a very irresponsible company in its payments and attention to claims. They do not pay the medical service providers on time. They do not pay for the medical service so the client has to do it. /// BRIGHT HEALTHCARE es una compaia muy irresponsible con pagos y reclamos.       RUN AWAY!!! Bright HealthCare is the worst medical insurance you can get out there. Enroll with them at your own risk! Their policies are meant to deceive people. They deny claims as if they do not understand their own policies. **************** behaves as if they have no clue about the policies. They are fraudulent, it does not matter how many times you call, they keep telling you something different from the case you call about. They DO NOT know the difference between PCP and Specialist visits although it is clearly stated in their policies and boldly printed on Insurance cards. Run away! This company will frustrate your life and waste your precious time when they continue to dispute a claim that you NEVER thought any sane insurance provider will EVER dispute. The worst mistake I made was to use Bright HealthCare coverage for my childs vaccination. It still baffles me how can a medical Insurance provider from the Marketplace (healthcare.gov) refuse to pay for vaccination and still allow to operate??? Government needs to stop Bright HealthCare from operating. Bright HealthCare is a SCAM!!!

      This company is grifting people. Send an insurance card with effective date Feb. 1, 2022 and then refused to pay for all February visits. Stating the effective date isnt correct and coverage did it start til March. Now a year later stating March isnt covered and trying to send me to collections. Going to *** because no better than common criminals
