      They offer warranties with the purchase of vehicles sold thru the dealership. I need a repair done on my vehicle and they refuse to honor the warranty and service my vehicle. The repair is covered thru the Lupient power train warranty provided with the car at time of purchase.

      Lupient offers a Limited Lifetime Powertrain warranty for no charge on select vehicles.

      The sole requirement to keep the warranty in effect is performing recommended maintenance per the factory schedule and specifications.

      Upon investigation and request of records, it was found that Arik had not done all of the maintenance required at the required intervals. Offering to do catch up maintenance at the time of the request is not considered valid and warranty is disqualified. Maintenance must be performed at the required time and mileage intervals for the warranty to remain valid. It should be noted that this warranty is administrated through a third party provider and it was their finding (not Lupients) that the warranty was invalidated due to lack of service maintenance records.

      I bought a 2021 ***** trailblazer from this dealer and received notification of a recall.The recall was for the car **** so I called the dealer and they scheduled an appt after I asked if they had jacks for the replacement and was told yes they had replacement jacks.I went to my appointment and they called me and said they were finished with my car .what they did was remove my **** without my consent and told me they will call me when the replacement is here.They havent called for months so I called them and told them my concern of not having a **** and was told someone would call me back that dayno one called me back.I went in today for an oil change and tire rotation and concern over the missing ****. They did the oil change and told me no replacement **** **** they would call me when get. I told them I was very concerned about traveling without a **** and if needed a fix for a flat tire roadside might not be available or take hours and he said I understand but cant do anything.I paid for the **** when I bought the car and they took my **** without my consent.how can they do that.I want my ****!!!!!The recall said the **** works if used as instructed so why did they take it without my consent and without a replacement.I paid for a ****.I want a **** I paid for or compensation for taking it!!I will try to resolve with your help or if cant will make other choices!!

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Lipient took my **** out of my car for 4 months and did not replace it as I was told they would when I first made the appointment,  The recall said the **** worked when installed as directed.  Since I did not have **** I did not travel which I had planned and lost an enjoyable summer after COVID.

      i would expect compensation for my lost of traveling because they took my **** out without replacing  it and no one ever called me about it when I called them after they took my **** from my car which I paid for and as the recall stated the **** worked if installed correctly as per instructions.

      Not happy with Lupient ***** for taking my **** without my permission, for not getting back to me when I called about no ****, for telling me they had a **** to replace the recall one which was not true, and for lost os my enjoyable summer travel.

      Amazing that they found a **** for me after I wrote the BBB but did not contact me for for 4+ months.

      I have tried to reach financing to cancel a $1200 warranty and left voicemails in the 45 day time frame. I also left voicemail to cancel my extended warranty. I was charged a lot for after market items almost 3x ******* I want my money back on the $1200 warranty and my extended warranty at minimum. I am allowed to cancel.

      Neither of our finance managers have any messages from her, nor do the sales managers or original salesperson. Either of which could have walked a message in to the finance manager and ensured a call back. We do apologize for the communication breakdown. Our finance department is calling her right now to discuss paperwork for cancellation of any product she desires.

      My understanding is she finally responded and has completed the required cancellation form.
