We purchased a large playset/clubhouse/lemonade stand on 4/18/21 for installation on 6/4/21. I was notified the day before install that the clubhouse/lemonade stand was on backorder and would be installed when it arrived. I was told on June 17th that is would be about a month. I also notified them that I was missing a ship swing as a regular swing was installed in error. I was informed by Amanda that this would be swapped out when they came back to add the clubhouse. On 8/9, after not hearing a word from them, I contacted them again to advise I was still waiting for the clubhouse and the month backorder had now turned into 9 weeks. She told me it the new estimate is the beginning of September. Again....crickets. No communication from them. I contacted them again on 9/14 and was told they were still waiting for this from the warehouse. At this point I asked to have them swap out the correct swing as I was losing my patience. I then heard a day later they would do that. The installer contacted me at 8pm and said since it was dark, they would leave the swing on my front stoop to install myself. Um no....I told him to come back in the daylight to do it himself please, which he ended up doing in the dark just fine. So today is Oct. 5, 2021. It's been 5 1/2 months since we paid 15K for a playset that is still not complete. But I see all over facebook pages that these playhouses are getting installed elsewhere, just not in my backyard. It's frustrating. I should not have to keep hounding them. They have not reached out once to update me. Seriously, if I could turn back time, I would have spent this kind of money on a company that actually fulfills their orders and gives good customer service.

I am submitting this review based on their Warranty Department. Our set is 3 yrs. old - was installed at our cabin and gets very little use. This summer the paint started flecking/falling off the handles/bars used to hang onto to climb the ladders and rope ladder. The metal underneath the paint is bumpy and rough in areas, so I think the paint is not adhering well. The exposed metal is rough and a potential danger to our grand children. After several emails and several requests for MORE pictures, the Warranty Dept. said they would send one replacement bar because it was cosmetic and charge me $20 shipping. These playground systems costs a small fortune ($6,618.62). The store owner where we purchased the set said they had paint issues around the time of our purchase. From the first phone conversation I had with the Warranty Department, I could tell that she was going to try to do the least possible. She started out saying they couldn't do anything because my invoice showed my home address and not our cabin where the set was installed. Fortunately, the store had paperwork showing SHIP TO at our cabin address, which she could have requested from the store, but she made me do it instead.
