This is a housing rental company. There is a problem and corruption in their late fee policy. You can pay on time, but they still ask for late payment fee when they are themselves are late with their charges. I have paid the rent on time, but I did not pay the utilities on time because they don't post it on time themselves.Business response

Hello,
Monthly charges do not post until the 1st of each month. Tenants also receive their utility statements prior to the first of the month so they know the exact amount due.
This tenant pre-paid Junes rent on 5/31 and did not include the utility payment, therefore he received a small late fee due to this. We are happy to provide a ledger which shows the residents early payment and the charges posted on the 1st of June if necessary.Thank you,
