      My car got towed by the company listed in this complaint. The compnay attempts to charge people they impound their cars extra days , hoping they dont notice. I notice and complained because they had the wrong date on the notice. The front desk clerk went to chek with the owner and ****************************************, I am not sure because he didn't have the profession standards we often expect to see in a company and come and introduce himself. He just yelled from his office its right. His driver was right by me saying he could have entered the wrong date on the form. He boss said nope its right and refused to give my complaint any condsideration. i explained to the clerk that i am goig to submit a complaint and we will go to litigation. This company ubnder *************************************** is illegally charging people for time they car was not impounded and violating the laws of impound yards. I have proof of both claims and i will be submitting a complaint and notifying the city of Bloomington and ********* to audit his records or terminate his contract. They also have a Winch chrage on the bill when i watched the driver drive the car on the flat bed.

      This gentleman's car was impounded over the weekend, the driver put the wrong date on the invoice and didn't think he was wrong.

      After I looked at security footage the customer was in fact correct, and since he was still in the parking lot I had the driver refund him his 1 day of storage. 

      There was NO INTENT to over charge this customer, I was standing behind my employee who thought he was correct. and after investigating had the driver apologize and refund him his money personally. 

      as for the winch fee, the driver may have driven it on but it was then secured.

      I welcome any sort of audit we have nothing to hide and have been in business long enough to stand on our reputation.

      Sorry this customer had a bad ***** hrs prior to coming to our establishment which may have fueled the situation.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      No and his company has other complaints about his billing policy. He said that his driver picked my ar up at 11:45 pm and he yelled from his office (yes very professional) that's a full day. So say they the pick up your car at 11:45 and it's now 12:30 am they will bill you for 2 days. 

      How's is that fair to the consumer Mr. *********************** Your taking advantage of people misfortunes and its wrong. I am going to put a stop to it. It appears that you have a problem with honesty and professionalism. 

      By the way the winch excuse is a joke they tie the wheels down to the truck. In myb55 years of having cars towed I have never seen a winch fee. Yourbjust charging that so you can raise the bill more because city contracts limit you to what you can charge so you make up new fees.

      You do what you feel you need to do. We have been in business for over 50 years and that doesn't happen to dishonest company's. 

      When we saw the error we corrected it on the spot. 

      I stand behind my staff, this time he made an error which people do and we rectified it.
