Siding panels have come loose on 9/18. Will no longer respond to calls and texts to schedule repairs. Want company to honor workmanship warranty now and in the future. This is the third time panels have come apart since completion of project August 2022. Pictures have been shared with company, they are aware and have acknowledged the separation of the panels but have to date refused to arrive at any of the appointment times they have given to do the work. Presently they no longer respond to calls and texts.Customer response

The original installation of the siding was completed end of August, 2022. It has a 25 year warranty on craftsmanship and defect. The installation was @ *************************************************Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.In regards to complaint #********, company has completed repairs & we have had a, somewhat heated, communication over the issue. I had my house re-sided by this company last summer. About ten days ago, a vent cover came off my house, I suppose due to high winds. I contacted the company and the owner *************** texted me and said someone would be out to put the vent cover back on. Since then, no one has shown up. Every day I have texted him about this, and every day I have been told that someone would come out. No one has come and the vent cover remains off. I can't put the cover on myself because I recently had a hernia operation and can't lift my heavy wood ladder. Plus, this is something that should be taken care of by the company.Initial Complaint

I put down $2000 on a patio door to be installed 6 months ago. Contacted company every month about when the job will be started and just hot the run around. Went to there office in Bloomington and it was vacant. Call and got answering service.Business response
