on august 1 2023 i buy a glacier icehouse from **************** in ****** **. I was told that with my $800 delivery charge, the ice i paid $46000 for was going to be shipped from canyon falls ** to ****** ** so the shop in ****** could double check over it. When the icehouse was dropped off at my house in ********** **,the toilet was leaking and the was a puddle of antifreeze on the floor in the bathroom. I also found that there was a spot of undercoating missing on the frame. the chalking to seal the floor is not even touching the walls to properly seal the floor. i contacted my salesman *** at kals and he was trying to push it off as nothing was wrong. *** said if you drop it off with us we can fix the toilet. I just paid $46000 for this house $800 for delivery for this icehouse that was just "inspected" by kals in ****** **. i said no i paid for delivery you can make this right! After hours of text messages back and forth of how this is not my responsibility and kals needs to make this right without me having to go out of my way for them. I told *** i will call a mobile tech and back bill him, all of a sudden he had a guy that could fix my toilet for me. I ran home and unlocked my icehouse so they could pick it up to fix the toilet. Then later that afternoon *** texts me and tells me i need to pick up my icehouse their guy couldnt dealer it back to me. I just paid $46k and $800 for delivery no you can bring it back to me. After get Dans supervisors number and me being very firm about it ***** finally had a guy to bring it back to me. The next monday i messaged ***** about how they are going to get these other issues solved i was told i have to bring it back to ******. No i just paid $46k $800 for delivery on a house that was just "inspected" at kals ****** **. i shouldnt have to bend over backwards to help ****/glacier fix this brand new house.Business response

We are truly sorry for the inconveniences that ************** has experience with his transaction and knows we stand behind all of our customers. It is our nature to serve and take care of each customer without a doubt and we will continue to do so no matter what. In regard to Mr. ******* complaint we have addressed every concern he has had and have tried to go above and beyond. We have made multiple trips to accommodate not only timelines but to get issues resolved promptly to eliminate frustrations. As always we are here to help!
