A patio was supposed to be poured and completed on 4/24/24. One 8x8 section was done on 4/25/24 and was not completed. He was paid $3,000 of the $5,000 bill for this. I now have to pay someone else to fix his trash work, fix my lawn, repair/replace my gate, and fix my fence he took down. . The owner of this company has hounded me for more money nearly every day since I paid him the down payment and claims he wouldnt finish until I paid him the entire amount. He claims that this piece of concrete (which will need to be torn out) is $3000 + and is demanding more money as well as threatening me to come here and break out what he put down.Initial Complaint

I signed my first service agreement with this company on July 5, 2023 and have paid them over $26,000 so far. The services that were to be provided included painting the inside of the house, removing flooring and installing new ones, staining the house, removing a couple of trees, and some other odd jobs. NJS Exteriors did not complete all of the jobs that were paid for, they used poor materials, they broke my property and charged me to repair the property they broke, they have not showed up when they said they were going to show up and would not communicate with me regarding when projects would be worked on.
