My name is ************** was there morning and afternoon, Tuesday June 27, 2023. They appeared fine at first until that afternoon when I disputed the billing amount of $194.23 for *****-rigging my Saturn rear windows so they (supposedly) wouldn't come down.I explained that I don't carry around $200.00 cash. His wife didn't like the confrontation so she called for ***** to deal with me. He wouldn't accept my disagreement no matter what!! He drove me to my bank in ** where I wihdrew $195.00. I paid the bill in protest! He slammed the receipt on the counter. He came around the counter, threatened me that he would call the police as he ordered me out of his property, saying, "Don't ever come back. Get out of my ******* business!!!" He was possessed by now with a very belligerent, violent spirit. He followed me out to the building corner, again saying to get in my car, and never return here.To make matters worse, the ** window was down a 1/4 inch from the top position, and the ** window up/down switch is pushed into the door panel so it is out of alignment!!!I didn't discover this until Wednesday afternoon.They are blindsided to the fact I would never return to a business that is so UNPROFESSIONAL!To this day I still feel CHEATED! And BTW, I am Caucasian. ***** has **************** issues. He called me ******** to my face, and I also said, "I think you're ******." That is when he got violently angry, came around the counter, swore at me, got in my personal space, threatened to call the police, and almost physically pushed me out the door, even followed me outside, ordering me to never return.This review is offered in good faith, and without bias, or prejudice. I am stating facts, quotes, and a few evaluations.BTW - Money must be very important to this couple, even though ***** doesn't think this complaint has to do with the money. Talk about deception! He tried to present me as the problem, but he has a much greater problem.Business response

Made an appointment for him to come in on Tuesday June 27th 2023 he did bring in his car that Morning. When he arrived we explained to him that our phone line were not working and that our Credit Card machine was not working either we were not able to take credit cards at that time and said we would need to be paid by cash or by *******'s check and we also said that we were sorry for the inconvenience and we understood that he knew that he would have to pay with either cash or cashier's check. ***** called to give him an estimate both rear window regulators were not working and that we could replace them for $950.00 **** said he did not wish to have the job done. So ***** offered to make it so the windows would stay up until he decided to do the repair that we could disconnect the window regulators so they could not go up or down until he did the repair. He OKd the disconnect of the window regulators to keep the windows up. We did tell him when ***** called to get the ok about the window regulators that we would call him when the car was ready it's a labor intensive job both door panels need to come off **** came in before we could give him a call and the job was not complete when he stopped by. So we completed the job while **** was waiting an other customer came in and was talking with one of our technicians and *************** in on the conversation and made the other customer feel uncomfortable, so they left. When the job was completed we rang up his bill and he was very upset about the price of $194.23 and told **** that was ridiculous price and he did not have that much money with him and started to make **** feel uncomfortable so she called for *********** ***** and **** had quick the discussion and they came to the agreement that ***** would drive **** to the bank to get cash. All the way to the bank he was yelling at *****. Then when **** came back into the car he apologized to ***** and Thanked him for taking him to the bank.
