We continue to get junk mail from Luther Honda *************************** ********************************** we have contacted them 20 times over the past 3 years and THEY CONTINUE TO SPAM US WITH JUNK.ALL OF THEIR MANAGERS IGNORE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.ENOUGH ALREADYBusiness response

This customer has contacted us repeatedly regarding this issue and we have removed them from every list we control. I will go one step further..if they can provide a picture of the mail piece they have I will try to source it and contact the vendor on their. behalf. Thank you.Initial Complaint

my wife and i have been asking to get off this companies snail mail list for 2+ years Nobody in this company is competent enough to figure out how to remove us *************************** ******************************************************** We have requested to get off their mailing list 8 times and YET WE CONTINUE TO GET MAIL FROM THEM.GODBusiness response

We have removed this customer contact info from every list that we control. That includes email, phone, text. If you receive any further communications please provide an example so we can help source the sender. Please realize the manufacturer must be able to contact you for safety related campaigns and recalls by law.Customer response

i have heard these exact lies for years.
Nobody from the business has understood the issue
Yet we still get bombarded with letters
They clearly have no clue what they are doingTheir attitude is ridiculous.
I AM THE ONE THAT IS GETTING ALL THIS JUNK MAIL

Automobile was brought in on Nov 21st for a repair related to an accident. The claim was already filed and the claim number was provided to the dealership. Since November I've been told on numerous occasions that they were working on it and were trying to get the insurance company's approval for the repair. As of Friday Jan 12th they indicated they were still going to send in the quote to the insurance company to get it repaired. They were going to copy me on the email to the insurance company but I never received an email.This is the third time they have told they were going to do this and I have no indication that they have ever actually contacted the insurance company.Today Jan 18th and they just threatened me that they were going to have my car towed. This is the second time they have threatened me with this. When I call back to go pick up the car they tell me that they are going to try again with the insurance company to get it fixed. They can't seem to make up their minds whether they want to fix the car or threaten me again to go pick it up. I've spoked to several service managers, a service supervisor, and have escalated to the dealership general manager. Still no response. I'd rate them an absolute 0/10.I want my car fixed, or if they can't fix it then I just want it back. Why should I be forced to wait so long for them to figure this out?Business response

We do not agree with the customers version of events. We have provided multiple estimates to two different insurance companies and also dealt with Father and Son. I have personally seen an almost nonstop stream of communication with customers and insurance companies. The good news is as soon as we receive payment we can release the vehicle. I wanted my old car back within 5 days period after only 2 days they took the money out of my bank account..I was there on August 16th they took money August 18th I informed them I didn't want car but I was one day over they claim as I didn't know they included Sunday since they aren't even open then..The General Manager ********************* then called me screaming at me and refused to help me..they said they would but remote start in *** fix things on car I didn't want they have had the car more than me and its still not fixed..I went yesterday to get it again..mind you I drive from s sp to ************* back and forth..and its still not fixed! Plus I noticed many more miles on mileage..how? I really think they used it for a loaner..these people need to be stopped..all I want us to give back this car and get my money back..plus warranty money...I want my old car back too..a 2014 jeep Cherokee that they refused to give back..They yell..lie and treat me real bad..isnt that unprofessional..Please help if you can..I am a 67 year old disabled woman not in good health and any help would be appreciated..thank you
August 16th 2023..I filed earlier complaint in they dollar amount I put ****** but that included what I originally paid for my jeep plus what I gave them..The total..also I forgot to add the strain this is putting on my health plus the disruption of my life..always waiting for something that never seems to get fixed..thanks

We dispute most if not all of the facts presented in this letter. We have dealt fairly and promptly with the many issues that this customer has brought ************************* has gone well above and beyond what was agreed upon in the original transaction and can offer no further relief. She has since notified us that she has sold the car and with that in mind we consider this case closed.Customer response

They gave me a vehicle that needed work..3 times I brought to them and the issue was never resolved..so the 3rd time ******** wasnt fixed I called and called too let them know...NO RESPONSE! I COULDN'T DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE! YES I DID SELL THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I DIDN'T TRUST THEM ANYMORE! I DO BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOULD REIMBURSE ME SOME MONEY! I KNOW IT'S PARTLY MY FAULT FOR EVEN GOING TO LUTHER BROOKDALE HONDA..SUCH MEAN INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE..LIKE I SAID..I JUST COULDN'T DEAL WITH THE YELLING AT ME AND THE VEHICLE NEVER GETTING FIXED..THEY HAD THE VEHICLE MORE THAN I DID AND IT NEVER DID GET FIXED..FOR THAT ..I BELIEVE THEY OWE ME SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION..I LOST ALOT OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! I had called and made a warrant service work appointment for February 15 2022. The services needed were for a faulty service airbag light and blown front speaker. At the time the appointment was made, I was offered a rental. I was then driven to enterprise car rental and given a car by enterprise. I was notified by the dealership the 16rh mid afternoon and told that nothing was covered and I was responsible for the rental and diagnostic fee. The rental was returned the next business day. I had no work done, other than an oil change a and was charged over 300$. I was under the assumption that the warranty work was already approved before I was offered a rental. At the time of my car purchase I was offered and purchased the best warranty they had according to my finance manager. I was told everything is covered other than standard maintenance. I was even given the scenario that if my power seats stopped working that would be Covered. I feel the work should have been completed under my warranty. I had left several voicemails with the finance department as the service department told me I needed to talk to finance about my warranty. After talking to finance on the 17th that he was going to talk to the service manager and get back to me. Okay have not been contacted by the dealership since. I have also called and. Left messages since then with zero response. I would like my work completed as I was told by finance it would be covered especially after I have already paid 300$ and only got an oil change.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:This is the dealership that I purchased my $30,000 vehicle from. Very disappointing to hear that I'm not one of your customers after spending that much at your dealership and to continue to be brushed off especially after calling several times. To make your job easier here is my customer that is so difficult to locate Customer # ******. This is proving my point. I want to know why I don't have the warranty that I was told I was buying. I should not be having to cover any of these repairs. I haven't even owned the vehicle a year yet. I was under the impression that your customers are very important to your business. I would greatly appreciate it if we could get this issue resolved. And yes I did bring my Buick to the Buick dealership because you told me to as they have certified Buick mechanics at that dealership.

The customer concern was a Service related issue and of course I checked our Service records and found no record of any Service done at Brookdale Honda. there was no mention that the service was at another Dealership. I have investigated the situation-and found out that her concerns regarding speaker and air bags are not covered items. That is why the rental was not covered. Please provide a copy of your invoice from Brookdale Buick and I will work on a refund for rental and diagnosis. This is provided as a goodwill gesture and is not an admission of any wrong doing on our part. Service contract coverages are very specific and spelled out in the contract. It is unfortunate that someone did not go over that when you checked your car in. I need the repair order from Brookdale Buick to help. Thanks
